So, this chapter will bring you closer to me. It will show you who I am, why I am losing weight and way more.

First of all! I started my weight loss journey around 11 weeks ago already. I haven't lost a huge amount of weight yet so I just write it down in short.

My starting weight was 89.8 kg. Pretty heavy yeah. I am 171 cm/ 5ft 7 tall and have a rather broad body.

I tried losing weight a few times already. Last year I went from 79 down to 74 but then over the second half of 2021 I went back up and even higher. But now I can't do anything about it anymore and I'll just start new.

My motivation is pretty simple. I want to lose weight because of several things.
First of all, I don't like the way I look in clothes. I love wearing skirts and dresses but I think they don't really look that good on me...
Second, i got bullied in school because of my weight and the way i dressed. I want to prove them wrong and show that when I graduate in two years time.
Third, my health. 89 kg are not too heavy for my height! I can still do a lot of things pretty good. But my knees are starting to suffer. I got problems with them for years and I just want to release some of the weight they are on.
And lastly, for dancing. I am dancing a lot recently and think my dance will look better when I have a slimmer body and move a bit more freely.

That pretty much it about what happend before my weight loss!
As I said, I started at 89.8 kg. Right now I'm around 86 kg. Yes that's not a lot. But i didn't do too much either. Also I had a good few cheat days and also breakdowns. Also I want to go down rather secure and not jumping between weights too much. But, you will see, my eating isn't the best. I tend to skip meals pretty often.

I track my weight every friday. I also don't really count calories anymore cause they make me feel bad about the amount of food I'm eating.

Sometimes, because holidays are starting on monday, i'll be updating my weight just 2 weeks because I don't have a scale available. I hope that's alright.

For training I'm doing. I am trying to exercise ever single day exept one, which one it is, I can choose. Mostly saturday or sunday.
I normally do, Grow with jo walking workouts, chloe ting workouts or shirlyn kim workouts. They all are pretty amazing people who always motivated me when I want to give up.
Also I will try to get back into running, since I have a 5k run next year and I'll be dancing a lot.
Sometimes I'm using weights too but I don't like them a lot so more calisthenics.
