My weekend messes all up... I keep going up so far that I can't manage to go down during the week...
Now for the diary log:
Friday: I binged...my mother went away and I ate the whole morning... later that day I had some chips with a sausage... for snacks I had oreos and nuts
Saturday: I had cereal and cheese for breakfast, chips and a sausage for lunch again and salmon with veggies for dinner. For snacks I had oreos and crisps.
Sunday: I had cereal and cheese for breakfast, some bisquits for lunch and potatoes and red cabbage.
Monday: I had cereal for breakfast, some bisquits later, ramen for lunch and no dinner
Tuesday: Didn't eat at all
Wednesday, Thursday: Don't remember
I'll have to keep working on weekend ... I don't want to stay over 80 kgs...
