Starting weight: 89.8 kg

Today's weight: 80.9 kg

Difference to week before: gained 0.2 kg

I thought that would happen... thuursday my weight was at 82 kg and went down during the night...

Now for the diary log:

Friday: My friends forced me to eat some spring rolls for lunch and I had some sweets after... I hate that I gave in... 

Weekend: I won't be saying what I ate because I don't want to trigger anyone here including myself... The only thing I'll say is that I had more than 2000 calories both days...

Monday: I didn't have breakfast or lunch but for dinner I had chicken with potatoes and a sauce... for snack I had two pieces of belgian chocolate... probably around 1500 calories...

Tuesday: I had no breakfast. For lunch I had some Ramen and chocolate... around 500 calories

Wednesday: I had no breakfast... For lunch I had some cheese and chocolate. Around 400 calories. For dinner I had an egg, potatoes, carotts and some meatloaf. Around 750 calories

Comment in between: I am absolutely not happy with how this week has been so far... Also my stomach hurts frim the food today and I feel like throwing up... I hope i'll be able to get my diet right tomorrow... that would mean an awful lot...

Thursday: I didn't eat a single thing
