Todays weight: 83,7 kg

difference to week  before: -0.7 kg

I didn't expect that after what I ate Thursday... but alright... thats okay... at least it's going down again... soon hopefully it will be below 80 kgs...

Now for the diary log:

Friday: It was the last day of my pills so I ate a good bit...

Saturday: i had some bread for breakfast, cake for lunch and greek food for dinner... a little bit much but I had to...

Sunday: I had some bread for breakfast, didn't eat lunch, finally again, and for dinner I had something I can't remember right now

Monday: I didn't have breakfast, had a pizza for lunch and tarte flambee for dinner... A lot unfortunately...

Tuesday: i had no breakfast, one onigiri for lunch and potatoes and sweetcorn for dinner... also I did around 10000 steps

Wednesday: I had no breakfast, chocolate bread and a waffel for lunch and sushi for dinner

Thursday: I had no breafast, for lunch I had some bread and lots of sweets unfortunately and for dinner some more bread

I still need to get back into tracking properly... But that will work out good enough soon... and I'll have to start working out more as well.
