Difference to week before: 1.4 kg lost
I have no clue how I lost 1.4 kg... I don't know if my scale is going correct... because it spit out different numbers again... i had 80.7 3 times so I think it's closest to the right one...
Now for the diary log:
Friday: I had some bread for lunch, probably around 200 cal. For dinner though I had cheese with bread... Around 700 calories I think... otherwise, I did play Volleyball for around 2 hours today... also I burned 400 cal walking.
Saturday: This morning I had a croisant and some bread, maybe around 600 calories. For lunch I had some Buldak ramen which were 500 calories.
Sunday: I had scones in the morning, around 800 calories, no lunch and for dinner potatoes and kohlrabi around 400 calories. I burned 230 calories walking
Monday: I didn't eat breakfast. Though for lunch I had all you can eat. For dinner I had nothing again. I cycled 40 km today and burned 550 calories walking.
Tuesday: i didn't eat breakfast, for lunch I had Buldak with eggs and onion and for dinner noodles around 1200 calories together...
Wednesday: I didn't eat breakfast, for lunch I had dumplings and for dinner some bread. Again around 1200
Thursday: I didn't eat breakfast, for lunch I had Buldak with two eggs and didn't have dinner again. Around 600 calories.
I need to work on diet a lot... and train more... I started playing volleyball so I hope that helps a lot...
