So these weeks I've been on holiday. I haven't done a lot and I'm not starting to diet again for 2 more weeks... still I wanted to post a little note of what I did.

So i started getting into running again. I went on 4 runs. Burned more than 1000 calories doing so.
Unfortunately I ate a lot... and a lot of bad stuff as well... I hope I won't see that on the scale... but well I guess I'll see...

From Saturday to Monday I'll go biking. I'll see how many calories I burn there.
