Too Late

Nice to them but mean to me

Michelle's POV
We got to school and we had nice talks. We where walking to our room when Penny came in and syarted talking to Oscar. "Oscar! I got you breakfast!" She said. He was about to get the breakfast that was being given to him by Penny. I got jealous and ran to class. I sat on my seat. He never accepts the food I give him, and he accepts this Penny girl the food she offers him. "Whats up? You seem sad" Silver said. "Oh, nothing" I said. "Tell me! Im your bestfriend!" Silver replied. "Well, you know how I always offer Oscar food right? And he never accepts them" I said and Silver noded. "Well he accepted Penny's food that she offered" I said. "Dont worry Michelle! Ill eat the food you offer him but he doesnt accepts!" Silver said trying to cheer me up. "In the bright side, I biked him to school today!" I told Silver. Silver gasped sarcasticly "no way?!" She said smiling. Then we laughed. Oscar sat on his seat and me and Silver stopped talking about him. Class started afterwards.

- Time Skip -

Its recess time and i went to grab water bottle's in the canteen. I grabbed 2 water bottle's and went back to the classroom. "Here Oscar, I got you a water bottle" I said to Oscar while giving him a water bottle. "No thanks" he said. I sighed and sat on my seat. "here Silver" i said and gave her the water bottle. "Oh thanks!" she replied. I wish Oscar replies to me like that. I was about to continue doing my homework that I didnt do at home when someone called me. "Michelle!" Zach shouts. "Oh hi Zach!" I shout back and went to him. "Wanna practice together after class?" He said. "Sure" I replied. "Okay meet me at the Music club room, we have a month left to practice before the performance" Zach said. "Okay" I replied and sat on my seat. Me and Silver chatted until the bell rang and break time was over.

- Time Skip -

Class was over, I see Oscar fixing his stuff and ready to go. "Oscar im sorry I cant bike you home today! I have Music Club practice" I said. He looked at me. "I dont care. I dont want you to bike me anywhere anyways" He said. Wow he is being real mean again. Fine. I walked off and went to the Misic club room. "Hey Michelle!" Zach said waving at me. I sat next to him. "Lets practice shall we?" Zach asked, And i nodded.

- Time Skip -

Practice was over and I was kinda hungry so I went to a nearby food stall. I ordered a chicken sandwich and ate it. Afterwards I biked home.

- Next Day -

I went to a nearby shop to buy donuts this time and hoping Oscar would eat atleast one of it. I biked to Oscar's home and when I got there he hasnt came out yet. So I waited for a few minutes, those minutes turned into hours. Whats taking him so long. I see the door open and i got up. I see his mom come out of the door. "Hello, do you need anything?" Oscar's mom asked. "Oh no ma'am, im just waiting for your son, he is my friend" i replied. "Oh dear, Oscar already went to school" the mom said. What. So early?? "Oh okay ma'am thanks for informing me! Ill be going now" I replied and bike as fast as I could. When I got to school, ofcourse the gate was closed. Gosh im late again. The guard looked at me disappointed. "Lately you have been early to school, but today your late again" He said. "sorry sir! I uhm i had to buy some breakfast" i said. "okay yea go in now i wrote you down" He said and i ran in. I got into our classroom, and thankgoodness the teacher wasnt too strict and let me in and sit. "Why so late?" Silver asked. "I dont wanna talk about it" I said and I hear Oscar slightly laughing. "Dont laugh at me!" I told Oscar. "I wasnt, dont assume" he said. "You!-" the teacher cut me off by shouting "Michelle! Your already late and now your even chatting with your seatmate?" I stood up and i glared at Oscar. Oscar was smirking. "You deserve it" Oscar whispered to me. This boy! So mean! I stood for the entire class. Class was finally over. I grabbed Oscar's hand and drag him with me. "Stop dragging me!" He shouts. "You laughed at me! Why ddi you go to school so early? Didnt I say ill pick you up?" I said. "I didnt say you can pick me up, and I can go to school early anytime I want" He said. "Well you dont need to laugh at me" I said. "Well maybe I wasnt and your assuming" He replied. "Do you know how much my knees had to stand for the whole lesson?" I said. "Well its not my fault" he replied. This boy! "Well, I have to go now. I still wanna eat my snack" he said and walk off. I decided to follow him. I see him buying food in the canteen when Penny approached him. "Can you hold this for me?" Penny asked giving her boiled egg to Oscar. Oscar held her boiled egg as Penny ties her shoe. She finishes tying her shoe and she grabbed the boiled egg from Oscar's hand and said "thankyou! Anyways wanna hangout after class?" Oscar looked at her smiling. "I thought you would never ask" he said and they laughed and talk. He is always so nice around others, why does he become mean to me. I walked back to class and sat on my seat. "Let me guess, another thing happened that connects to Oscar?" Silver said. I looked at her. "yes" i replied still in a sad tone. "Well tell me about it" Silver said. "Forget it, its fine, im probably just over reacting" I said. She looks like she was about to say something but she just stop herself from saying it. He is Nice to them but mean to me.
