Too Late

Michelle's POV
I run to school as I know the bell is about to ring... I got to the school gate and it was locked already. the guard looks at me, I know that look, it means im late again. "Your late for the 4th time this month and it isn't even half way through the month!" The guard shouts. "Sorry sir!" I said. "Let me guess your reason is your alarm clock broke? Or you couldnt find your homework?" The guard says. "This time i cant find my bike keys." I said with a nervous smile. "Ok i wrote you down again now go get in to your class" the guard says. "Thankyou sir!" I say and as he opens the gate i ran fast to my room.

I got into the classroom. The teacher looked at me. He looks angry. "Stand outside and dont come in until i tell you too!" He shouts. Well, i mean its totally not like i wanna stay out here and not listen to his lesson.

A few minutes pass and the teacher finally let me in. I sat on my seat beside my bestfriend Silvia. Which she prefares to be called Silver because she wants to feel as valuable as a Silver. Who is in my right side. My left side seatmate is the guy i love the most, Oscar. His handsome side profile, his mesmerizing eyes, his fluffy hair, his-
"Why are you staring at me" Oscar said. "I- I was looking at the window.. dont assume too much Oscar" i said. "Ok, if you say so." He replied. How cold of his replay.  Maybe Ill tell him my feelings one day. I mean. Tomorrow is valentines day, maybe i should tell him my feelings tomorro- "Michelle? MICHELLE" Silver shouted. "Whats with everyone cutting of my thoughts today" I said. "Whats those thoughts your thinking huh?" Silver said with a smirk on her face. "Nothing" I said. "Oh dont lie to me Michelle, I know that face. Your thinking of-" before she could continue speaking. I shut her mouth closed with my hand and look at Oscar with a akward smile. Oscar is looking at me confused and weirded out. This girl almost made Oscar know my feelings for him.

"Michelle, Silvia, what are you both doing chatting on my lesson?.. Stand up!" The teacher shouts. Me and Silver stood up. "Dont dare say another word about him. Ill tell you in Break time what im thinking" i whispered to Silver. "You dare talk even if i let you both stand up?! Ok fine, stand up for the entire period!" The teacher shouts. Great, my poor knees will have to suffer.

After class was over and it was break time. As the teacher leaves, I drag Silver out to the roof top. "Soooo whats in your thoughts?" Silver asks. "Ok so you know tomorrow is valentines right?" I said. "Obviously" she replied. "So im uhm.. Im-.. Im planning to confess to Oscar" i said. "WHAT" she shouted. I cover her mouth with my hand and shush her. "Shhh, others will hear" i said. She removes my hand from her mouth and said "sorry" in a whisper tone. "So whats your plan?" She asked. "I dont know to be honest but i want it to be romantic" I said. "I can help you, im good with romantic stuff" Silver replied. "Says the one whos been single for 17 years of her life" I replied Laughing. "Hey! How dare you say that to your bestfriend! Fine I wont help you in your confession" she said. "Ok! Ok! Im sorry" i say while laughing. "Ok so i have alot of ideas, lets start with the one i think is most romantic, and you can afford" she said grinning. "Hey I can Afford the most expensive and most romantic confession ever!" I say to her. "Ok ill tell you the most expensive and most romantic confession i can think of then" she said, And i smiled proudly. "Go to a fancy yatch and design it full of love stuff and confess there" She said. "Okay, maybe i cant afford that" i replied and she laughs. After we planned the confession, we decided to  go get materials for my confession.

The next day came and my alarm clocked started ringing. I woke up and got ready for school. I remembered today is valentines and also the day i might get a boyfriend. So i went to eat breakfast with my mom and left afterwards. I biked my way to school and went to class. "Are you ready?" Silver said. "Ready than ever" I said back. After class was over and its break time I looked over to Oscar. "Oscar, can you come with me?" I said. "Why?" Oscar replied. "I need to show you something" i said. "No" he replied. "Please Oscar its important" I said. "Fine" he said and we walked. We got to the roof top and as we enter. Silver is standing there holding a rolled poster.

Me and Oscar stood in the middle of the roof top. I looked at Oscar's eyes. "Oscar, i have been meaning to tell you this since like, forever. And I now have the courage to tell you. Oscar, since the day we met i knew your the one for me, I knew your the one who will make me happy and who made my heart beat fast. Oscar, I like you" I said. He looked at me slightly laughing. "Hey why are you laughing i clearly just confessed and im serious" I said. "I know, its just that, I already knew you liked me" he said. "Wha- what how?" I asked. "Your my seatmate, Michelle. I can hear you speak about me loud and clear" he replied. My face turned red. That is just embarassing. "Well... You know about my feelings. Whats your answer? Will you be my boyfriend?" I asked. "No" he said and he walked away. Ouch. Silver ran up to me. "How dare you reject Michelle!" Silver shouts. I was on the urge of crying. But i stopped myself. Silver was trying to comfort me. "Its okay ill keep trying. It might take some time but, Ill try to make him fall for me." I said. Silver smiled.

This is my first time writing a Wattpadd story so it might not be too good. But i hope you enjoyed the first chapter of thos story.
