"Remus? I have some questions?" Lilly said running up beside Remus.
"Kay?"
"What is James favourite type of candy and does he like any flowers, in that case what flowers?" Remus stopped immediately.
"What are you doin'?"
"I was thinking about asking James out? Now tell me."
"Fuck..." He mumbled. "Lilly, let me explain it like this, you like roses ok? James liked tulips, but now he wants roses. He likes both tulips and roses but right now he wants a special type of rose and he wants the rose so much that he doesn't think about tulips."
"Oh...I think I get it..."
"I myself like both roses and tulips, but I prefer roses. Especially the red ones. But I nearly only like orange tulips."
"Oh... and Marlene likes tulips right?"
"Yes, Marlene likes tulips only. Peter doesn't like flowers at all and Sirius doesn't tell anybody what type of flowers he likes."
"Peter doesn't like flowers?"
"Now, he thinks there pretty but he really doesn't like the smell of them."
"Oh, but James..?"
"Like I said, James likes both roses and tulips, and he use to have his eyes on on special tulip but then saw a rose that he really liked. He feels guilty about not liking the tulip as much and keeps talking about how much he loved the tulip, even if he only likes the tulip. Understand?"
"Yes, thank you. I don't want to make James feel bad... but who is the rose? I'm only curious."
"I'm not even allowed to say what I just said so I'm not gonna tell you."
"That's okay and again, thanks for telling me."
"No problem, just don't tell anyone, ok."
"I won't, see you later."
"See you."
