We just lied there for a while and I let my glance wander over him. Even if we made out like 5 minutes ago, it was still mesmerizing to be near him. Loki lied very still, I think he was gathering himself together from the emotional conversation. His breath went slow and controlled, his eyes were closed. I watched how his chest rose and fell, and I looked at his hand next to his body. These long, tender, but not weak fingers ... something about them stirred my insides. Maybe it was all the possibilities of what fingers could do ...
After a while, Laura came to bring us dinner. She had managed to sneak me a portion, too. I jumped up from the bed and suddenly felt how hungry I was.
"Hey, (y/n)", Laura said and walked in. "Want to eat something? I mean, I am sure you will taste a lot more than this dinner tonight, but still ..."
"Laura!", I hissed and at least half of the blood I had in my body rushed to my head. "Please."
Loki and Laura laughed.
"Thank you for the dinner", Loki said and hungrily took the tray. He winked. "And you are probably right about the tasting."
"Oh my god", I moaned and covered my face in my hands. "Guys ..."
"Sorry", Laura giggled. "Just happy to see you two happy. See you at breakfast! Sleep well!" And with that she left the cell.
Loki chuckled at my flustered state and grabbed a fork to eat his potatoes. "You know, this blush makes you pretty hot."
As if by command my face went a shade darker.
Loki snickered.
We ate, and with a full stomach my happiness grew. I leaned back and let myself fall on Loki's bed. I had been a long time since I was that happy. I wasn't even sure if I ever was that happy.
Loki finished his last bite and moved his plate. "Aha!"
I raised my head. He pulled a little piece of parchment from under the porcellain. A grin spread over his face.
I got up and looked over his shoulder as he unfoalded the parchment. "What is-" The second I saw the writing, I knew what it was. "No!" I snatched it out of his hands and took a few steps back.
It was a small poem I wrote about him, one of the letters I never send. "I can't believe Laura dared to do this again!"
Loki also got up and smirked. "Give it to me. I would like to read it. It is for me."
"No!", I laughed and whined at the same time. "It's embarassing!"
Loki's smirk turned mischievous. "You think you can keep it from me?"
I squeaked and backed into the corner of his cell, he followed and opened his arms a bit.
"I will catch you", he chuckled.
"No, please, no more letters!"
Loki grinned. "I would like to see you try to stop me."
I tried to run past him, but he closed his arms around my hips and we fell on the bed.
"Give me the letter", he hummed.
I tried to escape, but he turned me around and sat on my waist. I caught my breath and blew a strand of hair out of my face.
"So?", he smiled down at me.
I wriggled but couldn't escape. The only thing I managed was stuffing the letter under my back to make my hands appear empty.
I showed them to him. "I haven't got it!"
Loki's glance went quickly from my empty hands to scanning the rest of my body. "Where do you have it?", he said in a rough voice and came closer to me with a smirk. "Show me."
I started to giggle. "No. Never!"
"Are you sure?", he purred and buried his face in my neck. He started kissing me and my mind turned empty like he had pressed a button. His hands sneaked around me, they wandered over my hands, under my shirt, into my pockets and behind my back.
"Aha!", he called a second time and triumphantly pulled the letter from under me.
"Noo ...", I whined, but Loki grinned widely and cleared his throat.
"My beloved Loki, the king of my heart, my golden green prince, I want you always with me."
I made a grimace and looked at him. These letters were so embarassing.
"That is cute", he said with a hint of teasing.
I sighed. "If you say so."
He threw the parchment over his shoulder and bend down to kiss me. "Yes, I say so."
I closed my eyes and enjoyed the kiss. Relaxation filled me, I felt free and at the same time deliciously trapped under his weight.
"We should go to bed soon", he whispered after a while.
I smiled and glanced at his lips. "If we can continue, then yes."
