I laughed.
"Right. Can we go to the mall?" I asked.
"Sure, I'll drive bc you only have your permit" Alec said.
"Don't remind me." I say.
"Alright I'll see you Tomorrow." I stated.
"Bye best friend" he said.
"Byeee" I hung up the FaceTime call.

Waiting for Alec. He's a slow driver. Like old person slow.
He pulled into my driveway and honked.
"I'm coming, jeez." I said pulled my hair back.

"You are slow." He stated.
I opened the car door.
"Me? Slow. Funny." I said shutting the door.
We were screaming songs at the top of our lungs.

We walked into the mall.
"Where to first?" He asked.
"Hot topic duh." I stated grabbing his hand and dragging him to the store.
(Nah bc I love hot topic)
He started laughing.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing." He said smiling.
"Doesn't seem like nothing." I said crossing my arms.
"It's just you're cute when your excited." He said holding my hand.
"I- thank you?" My face was heating up.
"Let's go in the store now?" I said leading him in the store.
"Good idea." He said.
I walked over and grabbed the best friend necklace and bracelet.
I bought it and we walked out the store.

"Come on, let's go get pretzels." Alec said.
"Ooo, yes." I replied.

We walked Over to the table.
"Alec wait, here." I said reaching into my hot topic bag.
I grabbed his hand and put the bracelet around his wrist.
"Forever." That's what it says.
"Can you help me put my necklace on?" I asked.
"Sure." He moved my hair and put the closed the clasp around my neck.
Little did I know my ex was watching. Why must this stupid person be everywhere I am?

"Y/n." E/n said.
"What do you want?" I asked turned around.
Before E/n could finish Alec stormed over with pretzels.
"Hey, leave my girlfriend alone. It's time for you to go." Alec said wrapping his arm around me.

"Girlfriend?" E/n said.
"Yes so go away." Alec stated.
E/n walked away.

"Thank you Alec." I said.
"Of course." He says.

We walked outside and it was raining.
"Alec I have a weird request, can we slow dance?" I asked.
"Huh?" He asked.
"Come on" I put my hands on his shoulders.
He wrapped his hands around my waist.
And started to slow dance in the rain.
I didn't care people were watching.
