Ruffled Feathers

Chapter 4

Revali's POV:

It has been a couple of days and me and the Knight didn't get closer, but I did keep making fun of him here and there so no one knew I had a small soft spot for him, well no not a soft spot just I admired him, I don't know. It was a Thursday, and it was my week to train Link, he was a bit bad at archery but he was ok. We were eating some food, and talking.

"Revali, how has Link been doing during training?" Mipha said softly with a smile of her face.

"Well you can definitely say it's not the best." I grinned, and Urbosa groaned annoyed. Link signed something, and Mipha smiled at him, I wish I could understand what he signed to others but I didn't feel like it, plus it's not like I care. After eating me and Link went to my room, where there was a high balcony that I could fly off of. 

"Alright grab your bag, we won't come back till Sunday." He nodded, he had a small bag that didn't look like could hold very much, but I didn't question it.

"Okay get on my back I'll take the route we took Monday to get there faster." We usually teleported there but Impa and Zelda had it to get shrines, which the Princess had to beg her Dad to let her go. Link got onto my back and hung onto me tightly not to fall off while also holding his bag. I flew off of the balcony and wobbled before getting balance, I was a little embarrassed but I got over it. After 30 minutes we landed right by the Flight Range and went up the ladder. 

"Okay lets get started." I gave him a Swallow Bow and we went back down the Ladder, Link wasn't a Rito so he couldn't fly while training, I took out some targets for him to shoot, he is working on shooting two arrows at a time. He held the bow up wrong, but I let him shoot, he missed of course. I came in and moved his hands to where they were supposed to be then he shot again and almost got both of them. 

"That wasn't bad actually." Link nodded, and took another arrow out, but he held the bow wrong again, which iterated me. I walked back over to him and again adjusted his hands with my wing. He shot right away almost shooting me in the beak.

"Holy shit! That almost hit me!" Link signed 'Sorry' I started to giggle a bit, he got a bulls eye for both of them.

"Hey, you did you." I patted him on the shoulder, and walked back.

It was getting late so we walked back to Rito village to get some food.

"Hey do you wanna get warmer clothing? Your Tunic doesn't look very warm." I've worn a Tunic before, and well I didn't feel different but I don't get cold easily anyways. He shook his head. We got to the general store and there wasn't much but I only needed a little. I got what I needed and we started to walk back. I looked away from Link for I swear a second and he was somehow fighting some Moblins, his arm looked like it was already cut.

"Hylia Link, I look away for a second, and your getting attacked by Moblins." He didn't look like he was winning, so I shot the Moblin.

"Your welcome." I grinned at him.

"Now we need to get to the flight range, I'll treat your cut." He nodded his head, and I picked up what I got again and we went back to the Flight Range.

Links POV:

We were walking back from the Rito Village, I was cold but didn't admit it I hated buying new clothes, well unless they were Gerudo clothes other than that I hate it. While I was walking, I felt something go across my arm, it was a damn Moblin. I hate Moblins. So much. I took my sword out to start fighting.

"Hylia Link, I look away for one second and you're getting attacked by Moblins." I rolled my eyes at him, before I could do anything else The Bird shot it in the head and it was dead. We went back to the Flight Range, and Revali put everything he got down and started to get a bandage and other stuff to clean my cut. It wasn't that deep usually if I got cut like this I couldn't do anything about it.

"Alright, this may sting for you." He started to tab something onto my cut, it stung, a lot. After he finished cleaning it he looked at it and moved my arm with his wing. He started to bandage my arm up, I don't know why but the feeling of his feathers on my arm, gave me shivers, but not bad shivers. He finished and then started to cook whatever he was making.

"I have no idea how you got a Moblin to attack you, there are barely even any by the flight range." I took my notebook out and wrote something, 'maybe cause I'm just so attractive.' Revali stopped cooking for a second to read it then laughed. Revali wasn't bad at all. He hadn't been half bad for the whole week so far, he was kind of sweet. He rarely complimented me but I knew he wanted to.  It was silent for a couple of minutes, but Revali finished cooking. It was Spicy meat and Seafood, or I think that's what I think it's called.

"I know I know I'm an amazing chef."  I haven't even tried the food yet. It was good though. While we were eating The Rito kept talking about how amazing he was, as well as how amazing Rito Village is. I listened to it even though it was a little ridiculous. We went to sleep not long after. 

This is shorter than my other chapters and I made this half asleep so there are probably a lot of mistakes.
