HELLOOOOO, this is gonna be long so be prepared for this chapter because I have some stuff planned :))) Love you!

Revali's POV:

I was walking back to the Rito Village from the Tabantha region. I was walking peacefully, me and the Princess were supposed to meet today about my bow, I was taking a break from flying, but once I started again I would get there early. For some reason all day I kept thinking about that stupid Knight, did I love him? No! No! Why would I say that? I was thinking but it was interrupted by a big pain in my left eg, it felt like it was bleeding. I looked around and found a Lynel behind me, I jumped back my wings replacing my left leg.

"Shit!" I can't fly without my left leg, it was too hard to make a current of wind, I started to panic, I didn't have any experience with fighting Lynels, and I didn't have anything to fight it with except for a bow and arrows which was hard to get out when a Lynel is already trying to attack you, all I could do was keep jumping back from the attacks, once I ran out of energy my jumps started to get weaker, and I stumbled and fell down, I thought I was gonna die, I wanted to accept it but I was scared, I've always been scared, I forced my eyes closed getting ready to get hit again. It was about to attack me, but I heard it hit something else, I opened my eyes, Holy shit! It was that stupid Knight! How did he know where I was? I looked around and the Princess was there as well, she ran over to me and helped me get farther away from the Lynel. Links moves were so smooth, he defeated it so quickly then came running to us.

Links POV:

Me and the Princess were walking to Rito village from the stable, Zelda was ranting about how she thought it was stupid they had to talk to the bird about a bow, but her father insisted. When we got there he wasn't anywhere at the Flight Range. We decided to check Rito Village.

"He probably bailed on us." Zelda was already mad, while we were looking someone came up to us.

"Are you looking for the Champion Revali?" I nodded and so did Zelda, the Female Rito smiled at us.

"He said he was going to the Tabantha region he should be near by, he said he would be back early. Zelda looked at me in confusion.

"Alright thank you." The Female Rito nodded then walked away. We teleported to a Shrine near the Village in the Tabantha region and walked around, it didn't take long to find him. He was on the ground, and I saw a white Lynel about to attack him. I rushed in and took my shield out to protect him. His leg seemed to be hurt badly, Zelda also ran in and grabbed Revali to help him. The Lynel tried to attack me again but I jumped backwards then attacked it. I did that multiple times while also jumping behind it and doing the same. It didn't take long to defeat it but it didn't matter to me, I didn't even bother to pick up the materials that dropped I ran over to the Bird and Zelda, then used the Sheikah slate to teleport to the Castle. Knights in front of the castle rushed to get the Rito and he went to get his leg fixed up. He was healed very quickly with potions, and food. So he was back for my training with him. I was happy he was ok.

Revali's POV:

My leg was fully healed by Monday so I was able to train the Knight, I don't want to admit this but I missed that stupid Hylian, I couldn't watch him train, I at least saw him everyday before but I was stuck in a room alone for 2 days. I still don't like him I just missed having someone to make fun of without being confronted. This week was our last week of training then after that we would do other things. Ganon was getting closer everyday and the King thought we were trained enough. Link arrived early as expected.

"Hello Knight." He nodded at me as a hello, 'how is your leg?' Was he worried about me?

"Why were you worried about me?" He seemed Embarrassed or Flustered, I grinned at him. 'Why would I worry about you.' I shrugged then came closer to his face.

"Did you miss me?" I was trying to be sarcastic but it was a little hard because I was so close to his small face. I grinned at him and went back down the ladder. I can't believe I did that, did I just flirt? No no, I didn't, I came off as sarcastic, yeah I didn't flirt with him. I took the targets out for him to shoot, he didn't have to do anything hard for the whole week and he was spending the night at the flight range even though training wasn't long today, Zelda insisted that he spent the night, no one told me her reason.

Links POV:

I got a swallow bow, and went down the ladder, I kept thinking about how close the Rito was to my face, it came off as sarcastic, but was he trying to flirt with me? No, he was just making fun of me like he always does. I went back down the Ladder and the targets were already set up.

"You just have to shoot one arrow at a time but try and hit all of the targets fast." I nodded at him, and put my bow out and took an arrow out, I felt feathers touch my hand and move it in a different spot, it was the Rito, I shouldn't think this but I for some reason enjoyed the touch of his feathers on my skin. He looked so focused. I shot the Arrow and got a bulls eye, then quickly took another arrow out and shot it, I missed, but took another out and shot it and got another bulls eye.

"You won't get a bull's eye unless you hold the bow right." I nodded.

________

We finished training earlier than usual, we didn't need to get food, the Bird had some so we didn't go to Rito Village. It was too early to eat yet, so we just sat inside of the Flight Range. We sat in silence, but the Rito broke the silence.

"On Thursday, you didn't have to help me, I had it on my own." Was he serious? I saved his life. 'I saved your life what do you mean?' I was confused, he looked helpless when we found him.

"I didn't need you to save me." 'Yes you did, you looked helpless.' He glared at me.

"I wasn't helpless. All you are is a Hylian that protects a princess you are nothing, don't flatter yourself." What the hell was wrong with him? And why was I sad about that? It shouldn't effect me.

"Say something!" I jumped, I didn't want to give him what he wanted so I didn't show any emotion or say anything.

"Why don't you talk its pathetic, it makes you seem vulnerable." I am definitely not vulnerable.

Revali's POV:

I felt horrible for what I said, but I was starting to seem soft and I needed to make sure he knew I didn't like him.

"You don't have any purpose Hylian." He still didn't show any emotion I was getting frustrated, why wont he show anything, was he even listening to me?

"Well say something! Or show any emotion do something!" He was staring right at me, my face under my feathers I was warm, I scoffed at him and started to cook. I cooked what I cooked before, he seemed to like it before. Once I finished cooking we ate in silence, I kept looking at him, and we made eye contact but I broke it as fast as we made it.  We finished eating and I quickly went to sleep, I didn't want to deal with the guilt of saying those things.

WOHOO I FINISHED IT FINALLY I feel like there are so many mixed emotions in this chapter, and near the end I just ran out of ideas I'm HOPING next chapter will started the age of calamity scenes, but I have camp tomorrow so I don't know if i'll post a lot this week, but fuck sleep I'm still writing tonight, I hope you enjoyed this chapter! (I also feel like this is short so sorry)
