Ruffled Feathers

Chapter 10

Hello! I'm hoping i'll finish this by Wednesday so if I didn't Sorry! Also this will be longer than usual.

Revali's POV:

I was sleeping in today, or at least I planned on it. Purah, Robbie, and Impa weren't supposed to be here until 2PM so I could sleep in till 11AM. 

"BIRD!!" I woke up with a jump it was Impa. 

"What the fuck Impa!? You're not supposed to be here till-" She cut me off and pulled my wing out of my room. I didn't have anything on, I tried to get away but gave up. Link was talking with Robbie and Purah they both looked excited.

"I got him!" Purah looked over to us with a wide smile, but it went away.

"Imp! You didn't even give him time to get dressed!!" Purah shrieked and turned away. Impa looked confused but then seemed embarrassed and she let me go. I stomped back to my room and got everything i'd need, including a small leather bag with food, medicine, and small weapons. When I got back down everyone was looking at Link with excitement and looked surprised. I walked over confused.

"What's so exciting ?" They all looked at me.

"Linky talked!! Do it again." Purah turned back to Link.

"It's not that exciting Purah." Purah rolled her eyes, then calmed herself down. I elbowed Link with a 'Told you so.' look. 

"Almighty! Where are we going?" Robbie was looking at Impa.

"Oh um...I don't know how bout we go to Rito Village first." Robbie nodded more firmly then Purah. We started to walk to Rito Village, Impa, Purah and Robbie were in front of me and Link.

"Soooo, I thought you didn't wanna talk out loud. What happend Knight?" I heard him chuckle a little then look at me with a bright face.

"Some Bird gave me confidence, he looked a bit weird though." He elbowed me, but I was actually surprised, I didn't think I gave him confidence, I never ever thought that. My feathers started to get fluffed and I got embarrassed, which made it worse. Link was still laughing, I scoffed, trying to cover my fluffed feathers.

"You're not as bad as I thought you'd be." Link was mumbling and that was all I could make out. I froze in place, and Link stopped after me turning back to me. 

"What's wrong?" I covered my warm face forgetting that he wasn't even able to see my red face under my feathers. I heard him giggle, then move one of my wings away from my face. He slowly stroked my fluffy feather, I pushed his hand away nervous. 

"Your feathers are fluffed." I scoffed and he smugly smiled at me. 

"I didn't notice." I smiled back and we caught up with the others. Purah and Robbie were talking about the Ancient materials they found the other day.

"We found some more Guardian Arrows, oh! and we found this saw looking sword! It was tealish blue, it was fascinating!" Robbie usually was a calmer one in personality, but with ancient materials they acted the same way.

"Why are you telling me this again? You know I'm not interested in this." Impa made a clone of herself while Robbie was talking, it was mocking him, she made it disappear after talking.

"Impa! I told you not to waste your clones like that." Impa rolled her eyes at Purah. 

"I have barely used it all year, I just HAD to test it out, I didn't use it at all during Calamity Ganon!" Purah gave her a look saying she did not believe her.

"I watched you use it so many times when you visited me and Robbie to annoy us." Impa scoffed nervously.

"What??? Noooo I would never.....Okay find." Purah smiled at her.
