(Y/n) was born and raised in the dark world. Though she never really met her parents and was raised by basically everyone in the card castle to become a royal guardian.
Then the king of spades imprisoned the other three kings and made another dark...
We reached a huge forest consisting of bright red trees. Luckily, we still had a clear path so far. Susie had switched over to Lance's side and Ralsei still seemed rather bummed about it, probably thinking like it was his fault, even though doll and I reassured him it wasn't.
'I think we should be okay. We are nowhere near the fountain yet, so as long as we all travel to the east, we should be good.'
Up ahead, we spotted two Darkeners standing beside a red/purple door with a strange glow coming from the bottom of it. One of the Darkeners turned to us, waving us over. "Hey, kids. We managed to fix up this old thingamajig for you. It's some kind of door... It can take you anywhere you want want in the world! As long as that's one of the two locations. Anyhoo, we'll keep working on it... Anything to help you kids out!" He explained and the other d arknener continued. "Yeah! We hope it helps you deal with the king."
(Y/n) gave them a thankful smile. "Thank you so much. We'll do our best!" She cheered and the two Darkeners went on their way. Ralsei eyed the door in awe. "Wow! I didn't know doors like this exist in the kingdom."
"I heard about them when I was younger, it's some sort of teleportation door. They never worked back then but now that they do, it could come in handy if we need to make a quick escape or stock up on some items." My curiosity was awakend and I carefully reached for the doorknop and twisted it. The door opened and on the other side was nothing but blackness, it almost seemed like you couldn't walk through. Nevertheless, I put my head inside. When I opened my eyes, I saw the field of hopes and dreams. A Rudin walked by, happily whiseling a tune before he spotted my head poking out of a black doorframe. We stared at each other for a few second, not knowing what to say.
I felt a poke on my back. Probably (Y/n) or Ralsei asking me to come back. Without breaking eye contact, I made a piece sign with my hand before slowly backing away, my head disappearing into the darkness, at least from Rudins point of view.

After my head was in the same location as my body again, I calmly closed the door and couldn't help a grin growing on my face. "What's with the smirk, Kris?" Doll asked me, raising an eyebrow. I shrugged my shoulders. "The door goes back to the fields... And I might have freaked out a Rudin...." I blankly replied. My two companions gave me a strange look, not knowing what I meant but they shrugged it off and we continued walking.
We didn't even take five steps before something suddenly jumped out of the bushes. It certainly caught all of us off guard. (Y/n) even made a a startled karate pose only to realize that it was a small white dusty blob Darkener, which looked like a rabbit, called Rabbick. "Holy cards... That sure surprised me..." Doll mumbled under her breath, holding her chest where I heart was and I chuckled. 'She's so cute...and she doesn't even realize it...' I shook my head at the thought.
The battle went rather smoothly. All we really had to do was blow all of that dust away and once we did that it was a soft and clean rabbit boy and it let us pass.
After he Rabbick bounced away, we took a minute to dust off our clothes and hair. "Yeez, I hope no more opponents jump out on us like that." (Y/n) said with an adorable pout. I gave a quiet snicker, walking over to her. "You alright doll?~" I asked while brushing some leftover dust from her hair. This action obviously made her blush, even though she tried to compose herself. "Yeah... I'm good. Perfect even." She turned to the side and crossed her arms, standing her ground. I decided to let her off easy. 'There's only so much her poor beautiful heart can handle.~'

At a turn, we ran into Lancer and Susie. Ralsei's eyes furrowed, still irritated about earlier. "Susie...! Lancer...!" Susie laughed and Lancer grinned. "Well if it isn't the so-called heroes...!"
"Are you finally ready to see what happens..."
"When you try to act soft..."
"Against a team that crushes ANYONE in their way?" The two announced while we just watched this unfold.
"Dark Jack Lancer!" Lancer stomped on the ground, turning to an invisible camera.
"Violent axe Susie! Together we are..." Susie did the same as the little spade before they faced each other, nodded and posed with Susie holding her axe and Lancer with his fist in the air.
"The dark fun gang!" Lancer finishes.

(Y/n) covered her mouth, trying to hold in her laughter and I pressed my lips together to prevent myself from saying anything. 'What is this? Some team rocket bullsh*t...?'
Ralsei raised an eyesbrow, deciding to play along." Um... So what's your, um, evil plan?" The 'dark fun gang' stopped in their tracks and got a confused look an their faces. "Dude, we just formed our team. We haven't done anything past our intro yet." Susie sort of harshly stated. "Have a little patience, please..."
"Oh, um, sorry.... We're, um, looking forward to the rest!" Ralsei cheered and a cocky grin grew on Susie's face. "Heh, well, you won't have to look forward for long." Lancer smiled. "Starting now... We're going to work CEASELESSLY...."
"Unstoppably..." Susie continued.
"to make an evil plan to THRASH you clowns." Lancer finished and Susie added a "Watch your backs" and Lancer butted in once more "and your fronts!" And with that, the two speeded away.
I heard (Y/n) finally giving into her laughter and I felt my heart flutter at the sound. 'Her laugh is beautiful... Could listen to it for hours... And that smile....' I unknowingly got a dreamingly look on my face with my eyes lidden and a small smile pulling on my lips. "Well, I suppose their bonding." Ralsie chuckled as well, snapping me out of my dazed state. "Yeah... I suppose so..." I cleared my throat, hoping that neither of the two saw the look I just had, which luckily for me, seemed to be the case.
"Hehe. How much do you want to bet that they rehearsed that whole thing begore we got here? Hehe." Doll asked between laughs. "Oh I bet ya." I said with a challenging grin.
"This actually could be good. You know, Susie's making a friend, Lancer is making a friend. Maybe they'll help each other see what's right!" The goat prince clapped in delight.
"And with Susie out of our battle, we don't have to warn the opponents about her constantly." I added. 'I guess we'll see how this goes....'
