He Cheats

It was three in the morning and Joe still haden't come home. This wasn't anything like him, he would always text me or tell me where he was.
13 missed calls and 26 unread messages
I was worried out of my mind about Joe.
Attempting to calm myself down, I made myself a cup of tea and sat down on the couch, picking up a book to distract myself from the worry.
About ten minutes later a sigh of relief swept over me as I heard Joe the door open and Joe's voice fill the room.
The words were slurred and quiet so I couldn't make out what he was saying.
"Joe I've been worried sick-"
I looked up at Joe to see Joe pushing a blonde up to the wall and his tounge down her throat.
Joe got off of the blonde and snapped his head in my direction. He was clearly drunk out of his mind.
"Joe." I barely choked out. He pushed the girl out of the door and finally started sobering up.
"Y/n, let me explain. I'm so sorry"
"BULLCRAP!" You shout, shoving him into the wall.
He looked taken back but didn't do anything but applologize over and over again.
"Y/n, please. I was drunk and I don't know what I was doing. I love you with all of my heart and I hate myself so much right now. Please just give me a chance to explain myself. Give me one more chance, y/n. I love you."
By now the tears were streaming down both of our faces.
I shook my head and ran upstairs, locking myself in our room and breaking down.
I was a mess.
"Y/n, let me in please." Joe begged
I could hear him crying a little bit.
You ran over to the drawer of clothes and packed all of your clothes into a bag.
When you opened the door to leave you saw the most heartbreaking sight; Joe crying into his hand, his shoulders shaking from crying so hard.
He looked up, his eyes red and puffy.
"Are- are you l-leaving me?" Joe's voice cracked.
"I think we just need a break." Joe nodded silently and pulled me into a hug.
"I love you and I will never stop hating myself for this. I was stupid and I don't know what I'm going to do without you. Please don't leave me, I need you."
Joe said, pulling away.
"I love you too." You say before walking out of the door, hearing Joe break down in loud sobs as soon as the door shut.
