Song Of The Chapter: Let You Go by Machine Gun Kelly.

Leah struggled to hold back a yawn as she stood in Merediths living room, making sure she had all of her belongings in her bag. It was 6 am and all she wanted to do was curl up into a ball and go back to sleep.

After making sure that she had everything, Leah stood up straight and rubbed her eyes. It was a then that Chuck crept up behind her and poked her in the ribs causing her to jump out of fright and turn around to see her supposed and potential attacker. Chuck began laughing quietly, conscious that Merediths family were still asleep.

"Seriously man?" Leah laughed and Chuck nodded, suppressing the urge to die laughing at Leahs reaction. "Yep, seriously." He said and sat down on the couch beside Leahs bag. "Do you guys really have to go so soon?" He asked.

Leah smiled and let out a slight sigh. "Yeah, I guess we do. We've been here for almost two weeks and I guess it's just time to go home. I got work and Jon got word last night that the Power Station studio in New York are interested in the boys and may want to let them record their first album." She explained.

Chucks face lit up. "That's amazing!! I think my band are doing more gigs soon and we are definitely doing some more over the course of the summer, along with finishing our EP. It should be fun." Leah looked at him and smiled again. "Don't forget me when ya famous." She said and the two laughed before sharing a hug, just as Meredith and Jon walked into the room.

"How could I ever forget my favourite Irishman?" Chuck asked and Leah laughed. "Ah, I suppose I'm pretty class." She said, jokingly.

{Merediths P.O.V}

It was lovely to be able to see Chuck and Leah getting on so well. They're kinda alike but their differences improve their friendship too because it gives them something to talk about. It is really cool.

Jon seems pretty cool too. He was telling me all about his band when Leah and Chuck were in the living room. Me and him were finishing up our coffee and talking by ourselves.

"Are you ready for that long ass drive home?" I asked him and Jon laughed a little. "Yeah, I guess. It should be kinda entertaining though. Leah is quite a character." He said and I nodded with a smile. "She can be, yes. She can also be very quiet when you really get to know her." I told him.

Jon nodded. "I get that. Thank you... to both you and your family for having us. Especially me. They've met Leah before but they've never met me and yet they treated me as if they had. You don't find too many people who will do that for anyone." He said.

I smiled as the two of us stood up after finishing the last our coffee and we shared a hug. "It's honestly no problem, Jon. We loved having you here... and you better come back next time. Or at least be around should we go to New Jersey." I said.

{End Of P.O.V}

Jon gasped. "Please come to Jersey!! You can meet my bandmates and our friends!" He said.

Meredith smiled. "Well then it's settled. Come on, let's go tell the other two before they murder someone." She said and Jon laughed as they walked into the living room as Chuck and Leah shared a hug.

Jon smiled to himself and Meredith awed, causing Chuck and Leah to laugh. "We have a plan." Jon said and Meredith nodded in agreement. "Really? What's up??" Chuck asked.

"Chuck, if you're willing to, you and I are gonna go visit Jon and Leah and their friends in New Jersey before the summer is out." Meredith explained. Chuck smiled. "I never thought of voluntarily going to New Jersey, but count me in!" He said and Jon and Leah laughed.
