\\Chapter 12\\

Ranboo POV

School was out now and I guess I had rugby practice. Now- I've never played rugby before. Like- ever. So this should be....fun?

I'm not entirely sure. I'm supposed to be showing off for Tommy, but I'm pretty sure his eyes will be on Joshua the whole time.

Still, I'm gonna try my best.

I grabbed my duffel bag and began walking out to the field. Till, I was stopped by Tubbo.

"Okay look- I can't stay, but if Tommy needs a ride home, you should try and offer before he asks Josh to take him home, okay?- And good luck!" Tubbo said then ran off.

Great.

I walked over to the locker rooms where I saw the athletics director from yesterday, "Hey I'm Mark. Uh, I came by yesterday to be on the rugby team."

"Yeah. Just go in the locker room, change and then be out on the field in 10." He said.

I nodded and quickly went to the locker room. I changed into the stupid workout clothes Tubbo had picked and then put my cleats on.

A tight white top sorta sweater thing that had a hood and strings. But it was sleeveless and showed my arms and shoulderd. It also showed a majority of my stomach- basically my abs, whenever I lifted my arms. Then regular black gym shorts. Now, I'd never seen a shirt quite like this one. It was odd.....And definetly not something I would wear.

Still I wore it. Then I put on deodorant and walked out, Jeezus I look ridiculous. I mean seriously?- Who would ever wear th-

Oh.

As I looked out on the field, every guy wore something similar. I shrugged it off then went out on the field. There was a couple minutes till we started. Two girls ran down the bleachers and up to me.

"My god Mark, you're so strong." One grabbed my arm and stroked it.

The other stared at my abs, "Dam- I bet you'll be a star player with those abs."

I blushed, "Thanks..."

They kept talking and complimenting me as I stood there unsure of what to do.

Tommy POV

I sat in the stands and watched Josh fool around with his friends. My eyes were glued on him....He was so muscular. I mean- Probably the strongest out there.

I sighed and looked at my phone as I got a text. It was Tubbo, "Sry I couldn't make it. Lemme know when u find ride."

I sighed and replied, "No worries. I'll let u know."

I set my phone down and looked back up. There was this guy surrounded by like five people. I was intrigued....Interested in what they were all looking at.

Then I noticed Ranboo in the middle of them. They were touching him and swooning. I laughed, He's such a dork- He just let's them do whatever.

I sighed and watched as they made a big commotion over him. I couldn't really see him well though. Only his head because of how tall he was. Which he's like really tall. I mean- Probably the tallest guy I've met.

Finally the coach blew his quietly and everyone went to the center of the field to huddle up. Ranboo finally got out of the circle and-

Oh my gosh! He's fucking built! Jeezus christ- He has more muscle then Joshy!

I blushed brightly, Look at those-

A girl who'd been swarming Ranboo sat beside me, "Did you see Mark?"

I nodded, "Yeah."

"My god- He's probably stronger than your boyfriend." She giggled.

I blushed, "Joshua isn't my boyfriend- but yeah, he probably is."

"I mean his arms....I'd love to be held by him." She sighed.

I nodded, "Yeah- and look at those abs. They're so defined..."

"Right?- How can you not totally swoon. I mean jeez, this new kid is something else. Maybe Americans aren't all that bad." She bit her lip.

I laughed, "Maybe....But yeah- He's something else."

"Aren't you here to watch your little Joshy?" She smirked.

I rolled my eyes, "We're not even together."

She laughed, "So he just touches your privates all the time and kisses you all over because you're friends?"

I blushed, "Yep. Just...friends- And he doesn't touch my privates......"

"I dunno Tommy, sounds like he's sorta using you. I mean- Look at you Tommy. You could have any guy on that field, and you're hung up on one. At least be hung up on someone who can commit to you." She sighed and then shrugged, "Joshua is cool though, don't get me wrong. I prefer Mark though- He's fucking gorgeous."

I sighed and just thought about it.

\Time Skip\

Ranboo POV

Practice was now over. I went to the lockers, put some more deodorant on and then grabbed my things. I walked out of the locker room and remembered Tubbo had told me to make sure I drove Tommy home.

I looked around for Tommy then found him talking to Joshua. Josh held his hips while Tommy spoke with his arms around Josh's neck. I just walked over.

"Hey Tommy!" I smiled.

He blushed and pulled away from Josh, "Hey R- Mark. You heading home?"

I nodded, "Yep. And I was wondering if you needed a ride home?"

He smiled, "Yes I do need a ride home." He stepped forward and put a finger to my chest, "Whats that to you?"

"Well I've got a truck and I could drive you home, if you'd like?" I smiled.

He looked back at Josh, "As a matter of fact Mark- yes. I'd love a ride home."

"Perfect, c'mon then." I grabbed his hand.

Joshua huffed and rolled his eyes walking away from us to the locker rooms.

"So?- You ever play rugby before today?" Tommy asked me.

I shrugged, "Maybe I have- And maybe I haven't."

He giggled, "Oh c'mon, tell me."

"Uh- Why?" I asked trying to avoid the question.

"Cause you were actually pretty good out there. And-" He ran his hand up my arm, "You're really strong too."

I blushed, "Well I played American football before this, but no. Never rugby."

He nodded, "I see- Well you're quite a natural."

"Uh- Thanks." I cleared my throat.

"No problem." He smiled then asked, "So...you single?"

I blushed and nodded, "Yes. Very single!"

"Perfect! I wanted to ask you a big favor!" He beamed excited.

"Yeah! Sure, what is it?" I asked excited too.

"Will you flirt with me to make Joshua jealous?!" He bit his lip hopeful.

My heart hurt...., I don't wanna be a pawn that's used to make his crush jealous. I want to be the crush. The one he likes.

But, any second with Tommy I can have- I'll be taking.
