\\Chapter 36\\

Tommy POV

I backed up against a locker and then pulled him down into me, "What'd you bring us out here for?"

"Just so you could see that." Ranboo pointed far to his right and I looked over.

Joshua was talking to some girl. She seemed sad and a little upset. Josh was holding her hand and cupping her face speaking softly.

I backed Ranboo off me, "What am I looking at?"

"I'm as clueless as you." He said backing up.

I held his hand and we walked a little closer trying to listen. Then we got to the perfect spot and stopped. I pulled Ranboo back onto me and held his face to my neck.

"Kiss." I said and so he softly began kissing.

I just listened trying not to be noticed by the two as Ranboo kissed me.

"...and that's not even guaranteed. How are you willing to break up with me for some chance that you might have with her?" The girl sniffled.

So there's another girl? Or...

"I told you, he. Don't misuse his pronouns, it's fucked up. Now listen, I've liked him for a while. And truth is....I've been cheating. I- I've done things with him and I took him over to my house, we went on a da-"

She slapped him across the face. Ranboo stopped kissing and looked over, "Tommy, we should g o bedore they s-"

"Kiss and shut up." I said pushing his head to my collar bone.

He continued kissing as Joshua clenched his fist, "Fair enough. I'm sorry. I just- I- I'm gay. I don't like girls- I like guys. Tommy just happens to be a guy with girl parts."

"You're such a jerk. I can't believe you. It's not even guaranteed you can get with him. He's with that Mark guy, and he seems rather happy. How can you break us, to shoot your shot with a taken guy?!" She asked clearly confused.

"I....I really like him. And even if it's a shot- I need to take it. Because, he's different. And I fucked up too many times. I know how I can make it right though...So please don't get in the way." He said sorta pleading.

She sighed and kissed him. When they pulled away she said, "I love you Joshy. Be happy."

She walked off and he smiled to himself seeming happy. I grabbed Ranboo and pulled him with me away from them. Then we went back to the same position. Only this time I payed attention to Ranboo and enjoyed it.

Joshua walked by and saw. Then he walked faster by us and into the cafateria.

I moved Ranboo off, "I guess he really likes me. My god isn't this great, Ranboo?"

".....What about, me?" He asked.

I furrowed my brows, "We talked about this."

I have plans for us, Ran.

"Tommy-" He sighed, "Yeah sorry."

I smiled and grabbed his face, "Cmon babe. Let's get to class."

He nodded and smiled sadly. I sighed and kissed him. He pulled away quickly, "No more. I don't like it."

"I- I'm sorry Ran." I nervously bit the inside of my cheeks.

"No! There's nothing to be sorry about! I'm just happy for you- Cause you're getting what you wanted." He smiled and gently kissed my cheek.

"I'll see you at lunch- maybe. I dunno." He said and backed up.

I stood up straight, "You're taking me home?- And uh, tutoring me?"

He shook his head, "I don't think make outs are required in a fake relationship. Also, you don't really need a tutor."

I flushed pink, "N- Not a make out session- We can just play Minecraft together?"

"Minecraft is lame, remember?" He said and then sighed, "See you probably tomorrow. When I pick you up."

"Don't sweat it....Uh- I can ask Tubbo." I said a little upset.

He nodded, "Cool. Then I guess I'll see you when you next need me to kiss you in the hallway, fill your sexual needs, do your homework, go on fake dates- Or just use me to make your sexual assaulter jealous. Bye cupca- Tommy."

He walked off clearly hurt. I groaned, "Shit. I actually like him..."

I shook it off and went the opposite way towards my class, Its fine. He's an easy forgiver when it comes to me. Yeah...

Ranboo POV

School was out now. I went to my locker where I saw Tommy talking to Joshua. I clenched my fist then shook it off.

I walked over and then opened my locker to take out my things. As I began doing so, Tommy noticed me, "Oh hey babe."

"Hi." I said blandly as I took my things then locked it back up.

"Oh- uh...I'll talk to you later Tommy. Bye." Joshua smiled then walked off.

I hadn't seen Tommy during lunch, and I don't know what he was talking with Joshua about just now.

"Are you gonna ask?" He smiled seeming like he wanted me too.

"No. I just hope it made you feel good." I smiled and then turned around walking away.

He hugged my back, "Thankyou....You're the best fake boyfriend. I will always lo-"

"Don't do that." I moved his arms and walked off without even looking at him. Because honestly- I couldn't.

Tommy POV

Not even a hug or a cheek kiss, Ranboo just walked off after I tried hugging him and saying the l-word...

I shook it off yet again and then got my stuff out of my locker. Then I quickly made a call to my father to pick me up. Turns out he couldn't- So I didn't bother asking Joshua. Not when Ranboo was upset. I just walked home on my own.

Sure it was pretty far, but I know I'm sorta a jerk. And walking home isn't gonna hurt me. So I'll be fine.

Ranboo POV

As I entered the front door of the house I took a deep breath. I felt bad for being sorta cold to Tommy, and I wonder how he got home. But it should be fine. And I shouldn't be worrying. I need to focus more on myself. So I refocused as I walked in and closed the door behind me.

My dad would be home later, so I just went upstairs to my room to do my homework.

Tommy POV

I finally got home. As I closed the door behind me I felt relieved that I'd made it back and nothing had happened to me.

I kinda wanted to call Ranboo?- Or no, maybe that wasn't it. I think I was just uh thinking about him?- No.

It was nothing, I just needed a shower then some food. So I went upstairs to my room for a shower. Soon my dad would be home to help with dinner.

Was I worried Ranboo and I were drifting a little bit?...No, cause we're not.
