To say it was cold was an understatement. The cold,sharp wind ran laps around the old factory. Leo's memory sucked,majorly.

"Leo's memory...pheh! More like Leo needs to forget" you laughed at your own little joke.

That's when your heart rate picked up,"shit" you looked around wildly,where was he coming from? You pressed your back to the cipher then decided to try and finish it. That's when you heard the sound a blink and the sound of  hands slamming down on either end of the cipher made you jump!

"Caught you,Edelweiss" Philippe muttered, he pressed his chest closer to your back and nuzzled the top of your head.

"You scared me! Quit doing that!" You were sure your soul had left your body for a moment. His body vibrated as he laughed and leaned down farther to press his cheek to your head

"Oh forgive me, I am weak to you but seeing you jump like a frightened mouse is just too pure"  he went from nuzzling your head to your cheek with his left one. Last time he forgot about the wax that covered his right side and had to sit and help you get wax out of your hair.

"Philippe you'll get wax in my hair again!"

"Then I'd be my pleasure to get it out" he loved your hair,the coils were so pretty! He could sit and watch you talk about the different hair styles you could put it into all day long! But then again,he just enjoyed listening to you rave about the things you liked.

Smooth talker, you mentally scolded him. How dare he be so kind to you? Speaking of kind,the very opposite was still somewhere in Leo's.

"Philippe,where's Vera?" As much as you disliked the woman,with her snooty attitude and all. You didn't want her to freeze to death!

"Oh" his voice went from playful to flat,"she's....around"

"Philippe? What did you do?" You were getting nervous!

He sat up and paced back and forth in front of you,"Nothing a good hunter wouldn't do,a hit here some cool wax there and a bit of boiling wax to top it all off,no harm done" he was now holding his sisters hand as her head snapped away from him. Almost as if she disapproved of his actions,"oh stop it sister,she had it coming" he argued back.

" wh- what's do you mean 'no harm done'?! Alot of harm was done!"

He sat on the windowsill as you stormed up to him.

"Now Edelweiss,I was mearly doing my job as a hunter,it's not easy having to swing at Miss.Helena or Mr.Ellis I assure you" those were some of the innocent people he enjoyed speaking with!

"Where.is.she?" You were being very much serious!

"No need to fret, she's probably crawled her way out the door by now"

"You didn't leave her to die?"

"No but I should have"

"Philippe!"

"Now,now Edelweiss,no need to shout,all is well" the sound of Vera's radio going off signal that she had indeed gotten out,"I haven't the faintest as to how you stand being near someone who committed sororicide"

You had no idea what that was,the man had studied criminals most of his life so you assumed it was nothing good.

"Well good! I'm glad you spared her I'm sure Christina is very happy"

The woman had leaned back twords her brother and he stroked her hair.

He never plays with my hair like that

You hated to admit it but sometimes you did get jealous of the other woman. While yes she had died, he still talked to her as if she was alive. You were right here! Alive and able to hold a conversation!
