I unlocked the door and see Val sleeping on the couch I kiss her and bring her up stairs and tuck her in with a blanket. I then took a shower and put on pj's. 45 minutes later I get out of the bathroom and begin dinner tonight I am making baked potato soup because it's val's favorite and I know she is having a hard time mentally and I just want to be there for the love of my life. When the food is done I go up stairs and ruffle her hair and rub her back. She opened her eyes and said lovely I missed you

I wake up to the smell of my favorite soup and lovely rubing my face . She whisked me away bridal style and carried me down the stairs like she did at our wedding.
