*A Couple of days later*

Boys' Hospital Recovery.

*All the boys, except for Jūden, were in the Leaf Hospital, mentally and physically broken. Zumo was the first to recover, but he was still weak due to the Otsutsuki drugs. He walked out of the hospital and found Konasa waiting for him. She cried and ran towards him, hugging him tightly. She even kissed his cheek, but he wiped it off and told her to go with him. Konasa stood there frozen, wondering if Zumo was breaking.

Kurai was also upset with himself after getting out of the hospital. He searched online for a place to stay for the next few days until he could buy another house. As he was searching, he saw Zumo walking down the village on crutches, which made him even more broken and lost.

Meanwhile, Shiroi slowly opened his eyes and saw Mika above him. She asked if he was okay, and he gradually gained consciousness and started to move. Mika held him and told him to rest. Shiroi looked at her with a sense of urgency, and Mika saw the pain in his eyes. Shiroi managed to calm himself down and rested, while Mika thought about how she could help him.*

Jūden was seated in his office, lost in thought as memories of the incident played over and over in his mind. His attention was diverted by the sight of birds perched on the trees outside his window when Sasha knocked and entered the room. "Hello Sasha, how are you?" he inquired. Sasha walked over and apologized nervously, "I'm doing okay. I'm sorry again for what happened." Jūden turned to face her and told her that she didn't need to apologize for something that wasn't her fault. "Ciruka is my cousin. Why should you apologize? Your entire group of friends almost died, and their loved ones are all gone!" he exclaimed. "But did you cause any of it?" Jūden asked calmly. Sasha was at a loss for words. Jūden gestured for her to join him at his table where he had drawn a diagram for them to examine together.

Jūden analyzed the areas that had been touched or altered in some way, as he showed Amiri where Ciruka might be hiding. "So, Ciruka has multiple hideouts?" Amiri inquired. "Exactly. It's just a matter of time before we figure out which one he's in and when he plans to attack," Jūden explained.

Amiri then asked Jūden about Shiroi, to which he replied that he was still in the hospital. She then asked if he had a place to stay, and Jūden said he would probably book a hotel and stay with Mika until he could afford a home. Amiri's face turned grim, as she wasn't fond of Mika being around Shiroi so much.

Just then, Amiri's phone rang, and it was her boyfriend asking her to meet him at Ichiraku. Jūden smiled and said, "You can go ahead. I'll let you know if I find anything else. And if you have any more information on Ciruka, please let me know." Amiri smiled back and said, "No problem," before leaving.

*Transition to Zumo*

 Konasa prepared food for Zumo, but he refused to eat and said he would do so later. Konasa became worried and didn't know what to do. Trying to lighten the mood, she teased Zumo about his purple eye, but Zumo snapped at her and shouted that she should turn herself off. Konasa nervously laughed and tried to comfort him, but Zumo asked her to leave him alone. Konasa expressed her concern for Zumo's well-being, as he had been acting differently since he was drugged. She reminded him that his mother would have wanted him to be happy and help those he cared for. Zumo was tired of hearing her talk and walked towards the door to leave. Konasa tried to stop him, but he pushed her away and left. Konasa warned him that he was no longer welcome if he left, but Zumo ignored her and walked out. Konasa fell to the floor crying, fearing that Zumo might do something bad.

*Kakudai and Uzu woke up and took a look around their surroundings. While Kakudai's parents thanked God for his survival, Uzu isolated himself in his room. Suddenly, Shiroi arrived and kept Uzu company, boosting his mood. Eventually, Kakudai joined them, and they discussed their experiences and emotions, exchanging their perspectives and sense of helplessness. Shiroi motivated them to focus on their own strengths and overcome their opponent, who had only used his initial form. Kakudai agreed and suggested that they could even defeat him in his final form by analyzing his strengths and weaknesses, despite the difficulty.

*Transition to Kurai*

*Kurai found his lover in a deep coma, with doctors confirming that her injuries were fatal. Overwhelmed with emotions, he approached her and broke down in tears. As he sat on the floor praying for her recovery, he received a message from Naruto who expressed his condolences but couldn't be there due to being on a mission. Naruto also asked Kurai if he could take down Ciruka. Kurai was hesitant and unsure how to respond but eventually replied that everything was fine and that Naruto and Sasuke didn't need to worry. However, Kurai was lying and secretly began devising a plan to gain strength.
