* Konasa and Amiri kept running through the woods under the moonlit sky, moving swiftly between the trees. Konasa continued chatting with Amiri, talking about topics they both connected on, with the conversation eventually turning to Shiroi. Amiri admitted openly that she'd lost her feelings for him, though she knew he hadn’t let go. She explained, with conviction, that she couldn't allow herself to be treated that way again, making it clear that she saw Shiroi as being at fault. She added that, while she’d still help him if he needed it, she was no longer invested in the friendship the way she once was—she didn't want to risk damaging the relationship she now had with her new boyfriend.

Konasa was a bit taken aback by Amiri's candor but quickly advised her to at least consider apologizing to Shiroi for her actions that day. Amiri rolled her eyes and responded, "I’ll think about it." Satisfied, Konasa nodded and then asked Amiri to use her Byakugan to check if she could spot any trace of Zumo nearby.

The veins around Amiri's eyes grew more pronounced as she activated her Byakugan, scanning the dark, windswept forest. The wind whipped through the leaves, swirling around them as they ran. Suddenly, Amiri detected a strong human chakra presence to their left and advised Konasa to take to the sky to get a better view. Konasa quickly rose into the air like a bird, scouting the area. She spotted a lone figure sitting on the ground below. “Amiri, look closely,” she said. Amiri narrowed her focus and recognized Zumo, looking exhausted and clearly in recovery mode. She nodded at Konasa, confirming it was indeed him, and the two of them moved in his direction.

Zumo, sensing chakra signatures approaching, tensed up, expecting an ambush—until he heard Konasa’s familiar voice calling his name. As they ran up to him with concerned expressions, his eyes lit up, relieved to see her again despite their recent quarrel. Konasa and Amiri quickly asked if he was all right, and he replied, “I’m fine, just injured and out of chakra. I can’t get home on my own.” Amiri smiled warmly, responding, “That’s why I’m here,” as she moved closer to heal him. She instructed him to remove his cloak, and Zumo did so, though his expression became troubled. Waves of guilt washed over him, but he silently sat back, allowing Amiri to work.

After about half an hour, Amiri had finished her healing, and Zumo, now free of injuries, stood up and put his coat back on. Konasa and Amiri rose to their feet as well, and Konasa said, “We’re ready. Let’s head home.” They glanced around, only to realize they were somewhat disoriented and didn’t quite remember the path back. Zumo, sensing the situation, admitted he could portal them home—if only he had enough chakra left. Amiri offered to lend him some of hers, though she was unsure how.

Zumo gently placed his hand on Amiri’s shoulder, telling her to stay still. Slowly, he began to draw chakra from her using his Rinnegan. Konasa watched, feeling a pang of jealousy that Amiri was the one helping Zumo more directly. After a moment, Zumo’s Rinnegan shifted, with tomoe patterns forming within his eyes. He looked over at both of them and asked, “Are you two ready to go?” The two girls nodded and replied in unison, “Yes.”

Zumo stepped forward, raised his finger, and activated his Rinnegan, opening a portal. They each stepped through, and as they entered, the portal closed quietly behind them.

*Jūden training with the Raikage*

They found themselves in a crumbling part of the village, surrounded by the echoes of battle. Bang! Bang! Explosions echoed across the field as Jūden and the Raikage darted back and forth, moving with blinding speed. With a thunderous crash, the Raikage slammed into a wall before dashing away, while Jūden evaded him, twisting mid-air into a graceful backflip. The Raikage lunged after him, but Jūden drew his sword just in time, blocking the Raikage’s powerful assault. With brute force, the Raikage drove Jūden through another wall, though Jūden maintained his defensive stance.

Seeing an opening, the Raikage pulled back a fist and went in for a heavy punch, but Jūden sidestepped with lightning speed, appearing right behind him. The Raikage grinned, immediately blitzing back toward Jūden, who began sprinting across the field with the Raikage hot on his heels. Each time they passed, they clashed with the force of thunder, sounding like two bullets colliding mid-air. The resounding booms echoed all the way to the Village Hidden in the Clouds.

The Raikage went for another punch in their next encounter, but Jūden dodged with a quick leap, flipping over him and rotating his sword in a precise swipe. The Raikage blocked the attack, lunging his body into Jūden and forcing him down. Jūden struggled under the weight, but with a swift headbutt followed by a kick, he sent the Raikage flying back. Regaining his stance, Jūden held his sword defensively, keeping his distance.

Their battle escalated as they traded rapid blows, neither giving an inch. Jūden parried an attack with his sword, but the Raikage delivered a fierce kick, sending him crashing into a wall. As the Raikage advanced with incredible speed, Jūden reached deep within himself and summoned a new technique he’d recently learned—Storm Release.

Jūden swiftly formed a series of hand signs, activating Storm Style: Heavy Throttle. This jutsu intensified the lightning coursing through his body, instantly doubling his power. He charged at the Raikage, dodging a powerful punch and retaliating with a strike to the Raikage’s stomach, sending him crashing into a wall. The move wasn’t meant to do severe damage but served as a stun, momentarily putting the Raikage on the defensive. Without hesitation, Jūden wove hand signs again, this time summoning Storm Style: Chidori. His version of Chidori glowed with a deeper, darker blue hue, crackling with intensified energy. He launched himself forward, aiming directly at the Raikage.

When the dust settled, Jūden’s hand was embedded in the wall—caught by the Raikage, who had countered just in time. The Raikage stood up, a slight smile on his face. “You’ve improved, Jūden,” he said, “but you still need to work on a few things.” As Jūden freed his hand, he asked what the Raikage meant.

The Raikage explained, “You have speed, but you’re not fully in sync with it. When you attack, you hesitate for just a fraction of a second. That delay gives an opponent like me just enough time to dodge. At this level, you can’t afford even the slightest lag.”

He went on, “Take the Six as an example. Even if you blitz them, Kakudai would dodge you with ease in Sage Mode. Uzu’s Sharingan would help him predict your moves, but even then, he’d only have about a fifty percent chance of avoiding your strike. Only a few—Kurai, Zumo, and Shiroi—could keep up with you consistently. Shiroi especially has an edge with his Byaku-Sharingan, which allows him to track changes in chakra flow. And with his Wind Style: Air Lift, he can channel wind through his chakra points, reducing his weight and making him even faster than usual.”

The Raikage concluded, “If you want to compete with them at full strength, you’ll need to refine your timing—eliminating that split-second delay and making your attacks as fast as your movement. Only then will your speed truly become a weapon.”

*Jūden, for him to be fast for the 4 them to have trouble with his Speed he needs to learn how to counter and attack fast when he's blitzing.*
