" A shimmering gold disk began to shine through the horizon. I stood there shivering as the cold wind hit my exposed legs, i sighed rubbing my eyes not being able to keep them open.

After yesterday's events, Dale passing away really made me feel lifeless. It feels like apart of me has been taken away, he was the first one to really welcome me to the group and made my heart fill up with joy. Apart from that, the fight with Daryl didn't help either. Insomnia affected me really bad last night making me stay up all night.

''You alright?'' A voice spoke making me turn my head to the side facing them.
I nodded making her give me a weak smile.

''I figured you needed those'' She handed me some ''These are Beth's size, she handed them to me but they wouldn't fit. Winter's in the corner anyways and pretty sure short's doesn't keep you warm'' She added making me smile about how much her hatred has changed against me.

''Thank you'' I mumbled keeping my voice quiet as always.

''Dale could get under your skin, sure got under mine. He wasn't afraid to say what he thought, how he felt. That kind of honesty is kind of rare, and brave. Whenever i'd make a decision i look at Dale and he would look at me with the look that he had. I couldn't read him but he could read us, he saw people for who they were, he knew things about us. In the end he was talking about how we lost our humanity, he said this group is broken. The best way to honor him is to unbreak it, stop feeling sorry for ourselves and start taking control of our lives, our safety, our future. We are not broken, we are going to prove him wrong''

I sniffled wiping my tears with my sweater pulling it down covering half of my hand. I looked at Daryl hoping that he would atleast look at me but he didn't. I frowned feeling my heart ache, i honestly could not go a day without having him by my side.
I sat down blowing out a breath of exhaustion as i finished helping out move boxes into the Greene's household. Rick decided with Hershel's agreement that the whole group is going to move in since winter's up close and it wouldn't be safe for us to be outside. Everything was planned and done as given, some of the guys went out and killed walkers that were around, some moved vehicles everything was good so far.

''Take him out to Senoia, hour there, hour back, give or take. We may lose the light, but we'll be halfway home by then'' I bite my lip as i stood there with Rick and Daryl listening to Rick's plan.

''This little pain in the ass will be a distant memory, good riddance'' Daryl mumbled leaning back.

''Carol's putting together some provisions for him, enough to last a few days.'' Rick paused ''That thing you did last night''

''Ain't no reason you should do all the heavy lifting''

''So are you good with all this?'' Rick questioned.

''I don't see you and I trading haymakers on the side of the road, nobody wins that fight'' Daryl answered looking at Shane that pulled over ''I'm gonna take a piss''

''You look exhausted'' Beth commented sitting down next to me.

I shrugged rubbing my eyes ''You know; from moving stuff back and forth'' I send her a fake smile before looking down at my hands.

''You want me to make you anythin'?'' She offered making me shake my head.

''That's nice of you but i'm good''

''That's your boyfriend?'' She asked after a moment of silence. I looked up as i saw him walking towards Rick.

''You could say that'' I responded making her nod.

I scrunched my eyebrows in confusion as i saw all of them gathered around beside the barn. I grabbed Beth's hand taking her with me.

''What's going on?'' I asked as soon as i reached there.
