"Can you stop being so huggy?"

I slightly shove him away as we're sitting here at the back of his SUV car, admiring the beautiful nature scenery.

It's the weekends and he asked me yesterday to go on a date. I've never been into dates and since we're official now, I said yes. I asked him where he was taking me so that I can make an excuse for my parents. It's been a month since I said yes to him and Fina hasn't known it yet as well as my parent. But I'm planning to, soon.

"I'm just hugging my beautiful girlfriend," he said as he moves closer again and wraps his arms around my waist, and kissed my temple.

"You look good in your dress."

He said that it was going to be like a picnic date so I wore this simple muted white dress that kind of looks oversized on me, but it's just flowy.

Almost four months into our relationship, one thing I noticed about him..., that he's so clingy. Everywhere we go, he would always hold my hand, hugs me, gives me random kisses on my cheeks, my forehead, on my face.

I just found myself leaning on his chest as he hugs me while admiring the beautiful scenery in front of us.

"Where did you find this place?" I asked.

"Nadaanan lang," tipid niyang tugon at napatingin ako sa kaniya ng nakakunot ang noo.

"When I arrived from the States, I only had like 2 weeks for summer. I just drove around anywhere outside the city and found this spot," he explained.

I smiled. "It's beautiful. It's calming. Buti nakita mo 'to," puna ko sa kaniya.

"Kaya nga nang makita ko 'to, sinabi ko agad, dito ko dadalhin ang magiging girlfriend ko."

I scoffed while glaring at him. "Joker mo noh," tas mahina siyang sinuntok.

"Mag-jowa na tayo pero nanununtok ka parin," sabi niya.

"It's a package when you decided to ask me to be your girlfriend. So take it or leave it Lazaruz," ani ko.

Hinigpitan niya ang pagyakap sa akin at mas lalong napasobsob ang mukha ko sa kaniyang dibdib. "Taking it all, Celeste. Mahal kita eh."

Hindi parin ako sanay na sinasabihan niya ako nang salitang 'yon. Although my parents and Fina said it to me but not always. Well, maybe Fina does but when it comes from him, it's a different meaning, different feeling.

Kumawala ako sa pagkayakap niya sa akin at tumayo galing sa pagkakaupo sa sasakyan niya.

"Namamanhid na ang pwet ko kaka-upo. Tumayo naman tayo," ani ko sa kaniya at inilahad ang aking kamay para tumayo rin siya.

He leaned himself using his arms from his back and look at me while brushing his lower lips with his other hand. His lips then formed a smile and took his phone out to take a picture of me.

"No pictures!" Tanggi ko sa kaniya at mabilis na tumalikod bago niya pa ma-click yung camera.

"Why? You look beautiful love. I'm going to post it on Instagram," sabi pa niya.

"No posting. I don't want my face on social media," giit ko pa.

Tumayo na siya at pilit na ipinapaharap ako. "Please. Kahit uh... likod mo nalang. If you don't want your face on it, it's fine with me. I just want to post you."
