"Are your things ready, sweetheart?"
Nasa living area ako ngayon na umuupo sa couch habang nakatunganga sa phone ko. I'm waiting for Keanu to come here because my parents insisted na sila ang maghatid sa amin sa airport.
"Yes, mom. All ready."
Nakita kong bumaba na si Fina at nakapang-OOTD na akala mo ay sasama sa flight namin mamaya. Inaya ko naman siya and it was no big deal to Keanu if ever she comes along. But Fina instantly refused because she said that this trip is just supposed to be just us. At ayaw niya raw maging third wheel.
Di nagtagal ay nakarating rin si Keanu.
"Hi love," he whispered and kissed my temple.
"Hello po Tito, Tita, and Fina."
Dala-dala na niya rin ang luggage niya. Our flight is at 5 pm and it's already almost 2 pm. We need to go to the airport already.
The drive going to the airport was not that smooth because of the traffic. But lucky for us, we just arrived an hour before our departure time.
Fina assisted me in getting my luggage from the van but before I could hold its handle, she grabs my hand, held it tightly, and gave me a serious look.
"The first times are going to be painful. There will be bleeding but there also won't be. I don't know, it depends. But don't worry twinny, it's just normal."
Okay? I'm confused.
"Ano ba yang pinagsasabi mo?" ani ko sa kaniya. Nasa likuran kami ng sasakyan ngayon habang nasa tapat ng pintuan sina Mom, Dad at Keanu.
"Sex."
Nanlaki agad ang mata sa sinabi niya at mahina siyang sinapak sa balikat niya.
"Sira ka talaga! Kung ano-ano ang sinasabi mo," ani ko.
"What? There's a chance that you two will... you know," she flashed me a mischievous grin.
I scoffed as I shut my eyes. Talking about this with her is much more awkward than I expected.
"Just remember to use a condom. It's healthy to practice safe sex and..,"
"Okay. Shut up with your mouth now and let's go."
Hindi ko na siya pinatapos pa sa sasabihin niya at agad na hinila pataas ang handle ng luggage ko at pumunta na sa kanila.
"We should go inside the airport or else we'll miss our flight," I said to my parents as I stood next to Keanu.
"Okay sweetheart. We'll miss you," Mom said as she went to me for a hug.
"Take care both of you," Dad said as he hugged me and then shifted his gaze to Keanu.
"Keanu ha, yung bilin ko sa'yo," ani ni Dad at napatingin naman ako kay Keanu. Tumango siya sa sinabi ni Dad.
"Yes, Tito. Noted," he replied promptly.
I gave Keanu a face and he just mouthed, "Don't worry."
"I'll miss you twinny so much. Wala na akong aasarin sa bahay," ani ni Fina at niyakap ako ng mahigpit tas nag fake-cry pa siya.
"OA mo. 1 week lang kami don," tugon ko. Nakayakap parin siya sa akin at naramramdaman kong may ibinulong siya.
