I woke up confused what was going on when I tried to sit up but was restrained to the bed. "Whats going on?" I began to panic.

Then I felt a touch. "Hey hey," Natasha said.

"Whats going on? What happened. Am I in trouble?"

"No... let me get someone. She pressed the button that was on the wall and momentarily Charlie opened the door and came to my side.

"Is this a...a..." I began to panic.

"Izzy. Breathe, you tried to hurt yourself. I had to give you a seditive," he said and undid the restraints and he helped me sit up.

"Its okay. Breathe," he said.

I took a shakey breath.

"There... how do you feel?"

"Confused... scared," I whispered.

"Its okay. The seditive can make you feel weird,"

I nodded and rubbed my wrists. I then looked down "Im scared to eat," I said looking at him.

"I know but you must eat," he said.

"Im scared too. I dont want to..."

"Izzy. Breathe, none of your food will be touched by anyone. The best I can do is meal supplements," he said. "If you dont eat for more than 72 hours we will be forced to get a feeding tube," he said.

I looked down. "How can I be sure nothing is wrong with my food,"

"Ill take the first bite and show you," Natasha offered.

Charlie smiled a bit.

I nodded. "O-okay," I said and brought my knees to my chest.

"Youre going to be okay Izzy," Charlie said.

"Yeah. We just gotta stick together," Natasha said.

I nodded and looked down "Okay," I whispered.

"Are you hungry?" He asked

I nodded slightly.

"Ill go and let the chef know, are you okay being left alone?"

"Ill be with her. Ill call if I need anything," Natasha said.

"Okay," Charlie said.

I watched him leave. Natasha came and sit next to me. "Hey, its okay. Im here you're not alone," she said.

I nodded and rested my head against her. She took my hand gently rubbing the back of it. "Its going to be okay," she said again.

"I... I know," I said.

I sat quietly just resting against her when Charlie came in. "Here is some soup," he said bringing the tray over to the bed.

I took it shakily "What is in it?"

"Chicken broth, chicken, carrots, and celery," he said.

I nodded and slowly took a spoonful.

"There you go," he said and sat down in the chair.

"Youre staying?" I whispered calming some.

"For an hour. Its protocol," he said.

I nodded and slowly ate. "Thank you," I whispered to Charlie.

He nodded and then looked down seeing someone come in. "Natasha, its time for the next..."

"Experiment," she finished her cheeks turning pale.

He nodded.

She stood up wilingly moving over. "C-can I go with her for support?"

"No," Charlie replied.

I nodded and tensed rubbing my arms "Can you tell me what they are doing?" I said.

"No," he said again.

I winced my eyes closed wanting to claw at my wrists.

Charlie must have saw, he grabbed my hands. "Izzy. Ill have to sedate you again, calm down,"

"I dont care," I whined trying to pull.

"Stop it," he said.

I continued to pull.

"Izzy..."

"Stop," I whined continued to pull away. Charlie then stood up and sat on the bed with me. He pulled me onto his lap and took ahold of my wrists stopping me from doing any damage.

Tears begin to fall. "Breathe," he said into my neck. "Breathe," he said once again his lips on my neck. I closed my eyes. "Just relax," he said and gently bit down on my neck.

I gasped and pulled away for a short second just from the surprise of it. He held me to his chest probably so I couldn't move. I closed my eyes as I relaxed

He continued to feed He gently let go of me. I found his hand and held onto it gently.

He pulled off after about a minute. "There," he said and touched my hair.

I turned around and rested my head against his chest. "Feel better?" He asked.

I nodded and just rested there. I held onto his hand gently playing with his fingers.

He held me a few moments longer before the door opened. I looked up shyly seeing Michael in the door way. "A word?"

He nodded and moved me away from him. I looked at him curiously. Michael gave me a glare and immediately I looked down.

Charlie followed Michael out.

I stayed quiet wanting to listen.

"Charlie. You're getting too attached to this one. I understand you care but she's going to die eventually and I dont want you hurt over a pathetic human," he said.

"Im not attached. Im just trying to keep her calm while Natasha is away,"

"How was holding her helping?"

"I wasnt just holding her. I fed from her as well,"

"Without permission?" Michael said annoyed.

"Would you rather have he hurt herself or me to feed to calm her down?"

"Feed... next time ask permission so I dont think its someone random," he said then paused. Then he stayed quiet. "You may go back to her. Monitor her for the next 24 hours, report if any behavior changes.

Charlie nodded then came back.

"What was that about?" I whispered.

"Nothing of your concern," he said.

I nodded not pushing it.

"When will Natasha be back?"

"Soon." He said "lets do something distracting," he said and went over grabbing my art supplies.

I nodded and took out my coloring book and began to color while Charlie sat with me.
