Beck arrived at the studio the next day to find James having a chat with Dana outside the trailer while enjoying breakfast and a cup of coffee. James kept a smile fixed on his face while he listened to her talk. Beck, a tad jealous, walked over cheerfully and went "I'm ready for my makeover," jokingly. "Mina is inside." Dana smiled as she pointed at the door. James looked up at Beck, giving her his signature closed smile. "Good morning Becky." He said cheerfully. Beck smiled back and nodded before going inside. "Mina, I'm here." Beck said looking around. "Sit sit, I'm listening." Mina said, her ear pressed against the wall. "Flirty flirty Dana and Mr Spader." She says walking over to Beck with a comb. "Oh boy," Beck said worried. "He is lady killer you know." Mina said parting Beck's hair slightly. "Lady killer, all night thriller." Mina continues. "Have you experienced that second part?" Beck chuckled at Mina's comments. "No but I dream at night." Mina replied. "I'm sure you do." Beck smirked, trying to keep her laughter to a minimum, not to move too much as Mina worked on her hair.
Once Mina finished with Beck, both girls went outside to get some air. "It was lovely catching up." James said to Dana as he stood up, seeing Beck. "Care for a stroll?" James held out his hand to Beck and pursed his lips slightly in a friendly manner. "You can't have me walking all damn day." Beck snickered at him as she took his hand. They walked briefly before stopping at his trailer, they didn't hold hands on the way but they appeared close enough to do so. He opened the door and allowed her to walk in first. As she looked around she noticed a handful of photos of Nathanael, Sebastian and Elijah around.
"V.I.P access to the Spader trailer huh? Don't I feel special?" Beck laughed as she placed a hand on her chest. She typically didn't use any feminine mannerisms but when she was nervous around someone she fancied, it was hard to bury feminine instincts. James chuckled in response, bobbing his head playfully. "Care for a glass of honesty?" He motioned to a bottle of scotch, as he poured himself a glass. "Oh no, I don't drink." She smiled as she declined. "At all? Like ever?" James asked, raising an eyebrow. "Never have, don't plan on it. Sorry!" Beck said proudly but awkwardly. "To each their own, my dear." He said raising his glass then taking a sip. He scoffed as he sat down, and patted the couch cushion next to him. "Sit."
Beck sat down next to him, legs closely held together, not aiming to take up much space as she felt conscious about her weight.

"Tell me about yourself

"Tell me about yourself." James said, his voice lowered slightly.
"Um, wh-what do you want to know?" Beck awkwardly asked.
"Anything." He sipped his scotch again.
"Well, I'm 26 an-"
"Heh, I'm 62." James interrupted with a chuckle.
Beck smiles, "I've acted professionally for a few months now but in total, I've done a handful of student short films unpaid to get my reel together while I worked at my last job."
"What did you used to do?" James asked, curiously.
"Insurance." She replied solemnly.
"A scam but necessary evil. What else?" He asked, seeming to almost interrogate her.
"Um, I told you I play bass and I sing a little. I am an only child. I have a few tattoos, um-"
There was a knock at the door.
"I'm busy, go away." James shouted at the door before turning his attention back on Beck.
She was unsure what to say, she startled rambling off small odd facts about herself like her favorite color & her shoe size.
James looked at her, seeming as if he was admiring something about her. "Oh and I love dogs." Beck ended her rant with that. James pulled out his wallet and showed her a photo of a poodle. "Mr. Meagles." He says. "Like in Little Dorrit?" Beck asks. "The very same. I'm impressed you know of Little Dorrit." He says smiling and putting his wallet away.
He takes the last sip of scotch left in his cup and goes, "what else do you know?" His voice had a slight growl to it and his eyes filled with desire. She leaned back on the couch and put her arm up on the back of the couch but James grabbed her hand slowly and lead it behind his head while still looking into her eyes.
