A Spark

Beck strutted onto set feeling more confident than usual. She spent last night taking photos of herself in an exposed manner & had sent them all to James' phone in the morning for him to wake up to. Although the hadn't responded yet, she was confident he'd love them as their small moment the day prior had given her more confidence.
As she walked passed the set she could see James standing in the doorway of his trailer, staring at his phone, lifting his glasses with his mouth open as if in shock. "I wonder if he's looking at the nudes now.." she thought to herself as she passed. James looked up at her, and then back at his phone, still keeping his mouth open. He appeared to be at a loss of words but then he played with his tongue a bit, smirked and went back inside his trailer.
"Come over." He texted her.
"I need hair and makeup so let's go there."
"Why go now when I could very well mess that all up? It'd waste a trip..."
"And how do you intend on messing up my hair and makeup?"
"Come over." James insisted through text as Beck attempted to flirt with him.
She hadn't even gotten to her trailer yet when she stopped & turned around to head to James' trailer. "Headed back?" Diany asked, noticing and joining her on her walk. "Back where?" Beck questioned, hoping she wasn't watching her. "To the parking lot...? You made me remember I forgot my damn water in the car." She said pointing to Beck's backpack where she always had a huge reusable water bottle. "Oh no," Beck laughed a bit. "Just doing my morning rounds." She lied awkwardly. "Ok!" Diany said, now jogging to the parking lot.
Beck opened the door the trailer, walked in and quickly shut it behind her. "Ok...I'm here." She said as she bit her lip. James breathed heavily as he walked up to her, his callused hands climbing her neck and cupping the back of her head. He stared into her eyes. She got lost in his blue green eyes for the moment. "We need to do this in a more private area...." He said, his voice bellowing. "Do what?" She asked softly. James lined her jaw with his thumb for a moment. "I want to ravish you..." he said whispering into her. The hair all over Beck immediately stood as she grew aroused from his words. She loved how he spoke. She spoke, her words now shaky, "I want you to do whatever you want to me..." "I believe it could be beneficial to us both, if you came over tonight...." "I'll do anything." The words escaped her lips as she struggled to keep her hands to herself. She fiddled lightly with the bottom of his shirt as he was pushed up against her slightly and she didn't have much room to move. He had the control right now as he had her against the door.
"Follow me home tonight?" He asked. "I'll follow you anywhere...." Beck said, her voice now breathy with anticipation. James backed away, giving her room to leave the trailer as he watched. She was very clearly flustered and red as she left and headed straight for hair and makeup.
"Tomato today." Mina said as she turned to see Beck walk in. "Yeah I'm feeling a bit hot."
"No Covid symptoms?" Mina asked, now backing up.
"Nah girl, just feeling a little under the weather. I don't think I slept great." She said fishing for excuses for her redness.
"Sit sit we fix lots of color." Mina said digging through her supplies.
"And here I thought we were friends." A deep voice from behind Beck speaks up. She turns around to see Hisham walking into the trailer with Diany. Beck is visibly confused. "You make rounds but don't say hi to me?" Hisham smiles as she goes to hug Beck good morning. "No, I usually say hi to James when I come in and uh, then come in here and I usually see you here!" Beck said hugging him back. "I'm pulling your leg." Hisham said as he sat down at Dana's work station. "I'm glad to see James getting some friends though, he is friendly with everyone but he's hard to get close to. He keeps people at bay typically." Diany says sitting down in the waiting area. "Good morning Hisham." Dana said to him as she turned on her lights. "Morning Dana. It took until after season 2 for James and I to become friends rather than just co-stars." Hisham said looking over at Beck. "I think we can just relate personality wise maybe, and I know we like the same music." Beck said as if there was nothing going on between her and James. She closed her eyes and Mina began doing her makeup.
Once her makeup and hair was done, she walked out leaving Hisham and Diany to finish getting theirs done.
She glanced over back at James' trailer to find that Leslie had arrived. She was there with a small bag, digging through it and handing James small items from it as if she was giving things back to him.
