THE 6 YEAR OLD STARES AT THE PAPER IN HER HANDS, HER TONGUE STICKING OUT AS SHE FOCUSSES ON HER TASK.

Ophelia wanted to make paper rings. Last night Ricky and her were watching a movie where the two lead people got married because they didn't want to spend life without each other.

Lia and Ricky quickly came to the realization they didn't want to spend life without each other aswell, and that's when the two decided to get married.

Not officially and all, but the two thought it was an amazing idea, so after an unofficial marriage, Ophelia decided they needed rings.

So the forst things she did was look up on her ipad how to make rings from paper, after she stumbled across an video she started following the steps and right now she is finishing the last ring.

Her lips tugs up in an smile as she finished it, looking at the two rings sq quickly grabs them and her bag as her mom calls her for school.

At school she waited till break just to give her best friends the ring she made. With an excited smile on her face she finds the curly headed boy on the swings.

"Ricky!" The little girl exclaims, catching the boy his attention as he watches the girl run towards him.

"Lia!" He exclaims, matching her energy.

"Look!" She smiles, opening her bag as she grabs the items made from paper out of it.

Ricky gasps as he sees the rings in her hands, even though it is made from paper, the 6 year olds couldn't care less about it, the fact that it is am ring is more important anyways.

"You made those?" He asks, picking one lf the paper items from her hands, it is folded so there is an heart ontop of it.

She nods with an proud smile. "J remmebered they said you couldn't get married without rings, so I looked up on my ipad how to make those!"

Ricky inspects the ring closer. "That's cool! So now we're officially married?"

"Yep!" She nods her head, before suddenly an idea forms in het head. "Come on, let's tell Nina!" She grabs his hand and allready pulls him along towarda her brunettw friend.

"Wait, Nini can wait I wanna tell Red first!" Ricky protests, coming to a stop as he crosses his arms.

"No, Nina first." She huffs, as he shakes her head and points to Red she slides the ring off her finger. "Fine then I unmarry you."

The little boy gasps at her words. "What, but we just got officially married! Fine, Nini first."

"Yay, Nina, look!" She exclaimsz grabbing his hand and pulling him along with her toward her friend, excited to show off the ring she made.

"You still got this?" Ophelia asks with an smile, holding up the paper ring. She was looking for his charger and instead found the paper item.

Ricky looks up from what he was doing, an smile appearing on his face as he realizes what she is holding. "Duh, I can't just throw my wedding ring away, now can I?"

Ophelia giggles at the mention of their 'wedding' If you even could call it that, It has been an running joke between them in the last couple months.

"Why, you throwed yours away? I'm hurt." Ricky fake gasped as he puts his hand on his heart, but the truth the thought of her throwing away the ring hurts.

"Nope." She shakes her head, sitting down on the bed with the item still in her hand. "Just thought you would've by now."

"Nah, I didn't keep it for ten years to Just throw it away now." He reaches forward, taking the item in his hand. "It is a little small though."

She laughs as he shows her his hand, the ring doesn't even fot on his pinky. "I could make a bigger one." She suggest, half serious half kidding.

"Wait, I wanna make yours." He sits up, grabbing his laptop to look up an tutorial.

"Finished!" Ricky exclaims 40 minutes later, proudly holding up the ring.

Ophelia looks up from her ring. "How did you finish faster then me?" she huffs.

"I'm just a natural." He smirks, "Hand." He orders, she holds up her hand as he slides teh ring on her finger. "This will have to do for now."

Till I replace it with an real wedding ring.
