OPHELIA WAKES UP WITH TWO ARMS WRAPPED AROUND HER. She feels curls tickle her neck and looks down to reveal Ricky spooning her, his head resting in her neck.
Last night they had their usual friday movie night, they watched the new season of stranger things, and must have fallen asleep at some point after they finished it.
Even though she really doesn't want to get up and just stay in his arms forever, she has to get ready seeing they're hanging out with the others today.
After she somehow succesfully got out of his grip without waking him up she got some clothes from her closet and walked into her bathroom.
After getting out of the pajamas she's wearing which is an shirt of Ricky's and some shorts she stepped under the warm shower.
When she finished showering and getting dressed she walked back into her room where Ricky was still laying under the covers, only this time an phone in his hand.
"You should get dressed." Ophelia comments, causing the curly headed boy to look up from his phone.
"I know." He groans, to be honest he'd rather just stay in with Ophelia but they can't ditch their friends again.
"I'll go downstairs to make breakfast, in the meantime you get dressed, we have to leave in an hour." Ophelia points out.
They're going to swim with all their friends, they had planned this a lomg time ago but now they actually all could go.
Ophelia actually is kind of excited to go, it has been an while since they did something with the whole friendgroup so this should be fun.
When they finished grabbing their stuff they got into Ricky's car who started blasting Harry Styles as they drove to the swimming pool.
"IF YOU FEELING DOWN I JUST WANNA MAKE YOU HAPPIER BABY." Ophelia screams along to the lyrics of late night talking. Ricky laughs at her singing which is very off key before he joins in.
As they drive into the parkinglot they see the others already waiting for them, Ricky parks the car next to Ej's and they both get out.
Ophelia quickly greets everyone with an hug befire they all head inside, after everyone paid they changed into their bathingsuits and placed their towels on some chairs.
"Wanna go on that slide with me?" Gina asks, pointing to an slide, after Ophelia nodded they quickly told the others before they went their way.
"Sooo," Gina starts as they're walking towards the slide. "How are things with Ricky?"
Ophelia shrugs her shoulders. "Still the same, friends who do a little more then friends supposed to."
Gina rolls her eyes as she hears the answer she wasn't hoping for. "I don't get it, you guys both admitted you have feelings for each other, why aren't you guys together?"
"I don't know. I mean we have been friends since forever, changing that might be weird or something. We'd rather take things slow."
Ophelia doesn't know if that is the actual reason they haven't talked about it, but it makes the most sense.
After the two girls got off the water slide they made their way back to the pool where the others were the last time they saw them.
"And who might this be." Gina asks, eyeing the blonde next to Ricky who was clinging onto his arm.
Ophelia and Gina were barely gone for ten minutes and she comes back Ricky has his arm around an other girl, an bonde girl which is much prettier then she.
"Oh, this is Lily. I know her form school." Ricky answers, removing his arm around her as he sees Ophelia.
It should'nt have been there in the first place. Ophelia rolls her eyes.
Okay they aren't together, so technically he can do what the fuck he want, but there is something between them.
And she'd rather not have the guy she made out with like two hours ago wrapping his arm around other girls.
"Lily this is Gina," He menrions towards the curly headed girl. "And this is Ophelia." He reaches out to grab Ophelia's hand but she moves away.
"I have to use the bathroom." Ophelia mumbles before walking away from her friends.
What. The. Actual. Fuck.
Why is that annoying ass feeling in her chest happening?
She couldn't be jelous, no she is not the jealous type. And what is there to be jealous about?
She isn't his girlfriend, Oohelia doesn't have to right to get jealous over Ricky and Lily.
But she can't help her self, she thought they finally were getring somewhere and here he is with another girl.
