Crush - Unflirt

Adrien wrote letters. He wrote them all the time. He couldn't count the number of letters he had written to Ladybug or his mother. None of them were delivered, of course. It was a way of saying how he felt without actually saying it. Addressing what he couldn't address.

The letters he would write today were more final than before and would be delivered. So he sat at his desk with a pen and paper and wrote every single thing that had come to mind down.

When he thought about it not every moment in his life was bad. He had a few memories of the few times he got to go out with friends. Those were the memories that stood out the most because most of his days were filled with the same thing as the past and next.

When he went to start writing his pen paused right above the paper. What do you say?

You'll never see me again?

You were shitty?

I'll miss you?

Adrien thought over every interaction he had with everyone in his life. He would miss them. God, he would miss them so much but it was best for them and for himself.

So he wrote.

His most private thoughts and wishes. It wouldn't matter in the long run. He would be gone anyway.

He wrote out of admiration. He wrote out of realization. He wrote out of disappointment. He wrote out of resentment. He wrote out of betrayal. He wrote out apathy. He wrote out of remembrance.

He wrote his acceptance.
