[Chapter Fourteen] Gender Wars

Chris: "Last time on Total Drama Island, our campers got to have a taste of extreme sports!" 

[Flashes back to you smashing into the ground, Leshawna getting thrown around an the moose, and Duncan flying into a tree.]

Chris: "Gwen and Bridgette had a little bit of love issues!"

[Flashes back to them asking all the guys about the haiku.]

Chris: "As well as some, fanservice to please the viewers!"

[Flashes back to Heather's shirt getting torn off.]

Chris: "Will Geoff ever confess to Bridgette? Will (Y/N)'s cheesy flirting with Gwen ever end? And how much more fanservice will you guys get by the end of this story?"

Chris: "Find out more on- Total! Drama! Island!!!"

[Birds are flying over the camp, the suns orange color indicating a new morning on Total Drama Island, you're all walking into the main lodge, you and Gwen holding hands as you notice Chris has a sly face and Chef isn't behind the counter.]

Owen: "What!? No breakfast?"

Chris: "Oh, don't worry bro, there will be plenty of food later on!"

[He and Chef start chuckling to each other as Leshawna comes in.]

Leshawna: "What are you two bozos so giggly about?" [They look at her for a moment and resume chuckling.]

[Once the remaining campers come in, Chris starts his announcement.]

Chris: "Congratulations to the remaining 10 campers for reaching the halfway mark in the competition, you'll all be on the jury for the final episode!" 

Geoff: "We've got the power, yeah!" 

Chris: "The two teams will become one next week, but first all the girls will be moved to the Gopher cabin, and all the guys will stay in the Bass cabin!" 

[Your heart drops a little when you hear this and you look at Gwen, she looks worried too as you both hold hands a little tighter.]

Chris: "This week's challenge is as old as history itself a battle of the sexes!" 

(Y/N) and Gwen: "WHAT!!?" [You both shoot up out of your seats as everyone immediately turns their heads to you two, you both devastated that you'll have to compete against each other.]

Chris: "Haha! I knew they'd react like that!" [He gives Chef a high five.]

[Leshawna comes up behind you and wraps her arm around you.]

Leshawna: "Hey, whatever happens in this challenge, no hard feelings!" 

[She smiles at you as you still have a look of desperation. You realize that this means you both can't protect each other from getting voted off when it comes down to it.]

(Y/N): "Well, I just hope neither of you get voted off-" [You're immediately interrupted by Chris as he speaks up.]

Chris: "Well, if you two love birds would let me finish speaking, I would have been able to tell you that no one is getting kicked off this challenge!" 

[You feel a huge weight lift off your shoulders as everyone celebrates.]

Chris: "You'll have a- uh- bite to eat! Okay time to relocate, let's move!" [He says as he claps his hands as everyone gets up and walks out to the cabin to move.]
