When lunch finally came around we all walked to the library separately mostly because of the want to not look conspicuous as six of Thornbrook's most well known students disappeared into the back corner of the library.

I was completely unaware of the secrecism that went on here at this school but considering it was over a hundred years old now I wasn't entirely that surprised that it had a secret room in the clock tower.

Getting to the library Nathan took the chance of the librarian not paying attention to disappear up the stairs to the second floor before silently yet swiftly vanishing into the back corner.

Whether he realized it or not Nathan had a lot of personality features of his father and they were things I wish he noticed. He had the same confidence and ability to get his way, along with blatant determination to always be the best. It shocked me though that he felt like he wasn't ready to be the CEO of Winters Group.

I didn't know the entire history of his family but I was more then certain that based on the publics knowledge, the Winters Family had become one of the most respected and powerful families in the modern era, and when it was time for Nathan to be the face of the Economic Empire his parents built he would do just as well.

Stopping in the encyclopedia section he began running his hand over the books until stopping and pulling the lever for the door to open and as it turned in walked inside, before a moment later I too walked in and shut the door since we were the last ones to get here.

"So Lucian what have you found out about the escaped convict?" Nathan asks crossing his arms as he leaned on the back of the chair I sat down on to watch our brunette friend swiftly type on a laptop that was connected to the TV since he had a share screened it as a way to have all of us see what was going on.

"He is a forty six year old former businessman named Carrick Burchard, changed his name to avoid identification to family. That piece is impossible to uncover" Lucian says looking up.

"Nathan probably could uncover it" I mutter and he looks down at me with an amused expression.

"I designed a software system, and you think I could uncover something that money likely paid to have made untraceable".

"Yes".

"Most corporate, and government information goes through Oracle which is owned by the same man who my father looked up to as a child" Nathan says.

"Your dad's inspiration was Larry Ellison" Zavier says.

"Yeah, and you can't tell me it doesn't show" my boyfriend says walking over to where Lucian sat and took the laptop before sitting down and taking the name Carrick Burchard before copying all of the information and opened a separate program and began to reprogram the page to facially recognize the person that I put into it.

"Holy shit" Lucian breathes as lines of code began to generate and searched through every government database on the planet to find Carrick Burchard.

"When did you learn how to program?" Amelia asks.

"I've been doing this since I was fifteen, so over two years, it was closer to sixteen that I decided to begin working on my software system, but it was a hobby at first" Nathan replies, as he duplicated the code in four separate places and linked them to go through the information faster.

"The entire Winters Family is filled with geniuses" Zavier mutters with a sigh.

"Mom was the first scholarship valedictorian at Thornbrook, and my dad was bored through all of school".
