Chapter 7: Meeting Soulblade

After explaining his past, Violet now understands and fully trusts him. Suddenly, there was rustling in the bushes. Soul pulls out his sword as he slowly walks to it. Then a figure appears and tackles him to the ground. It then grabs him by the throat as another figure approaches. It was Amoux and Aurora. "Amoux? Aurora?" said Violet. "Invisigirl? Are you okay? Did he hurt you?" asked Aurora. "No guys, he's fine. He's cool, even though he knows me and my family's identities. Put him down." said Violet as Amoux releases him. "My bad, man. Thought you were a villain." said Amoux as Soul looked at him angrily. "Is that how you treat other supers?" replied Soul angrily. "Well...look at this, babe. This one has an attitude problem." said Aurora. "Yeah, clearly he has anger issues." said Amoux. "Who are you two?" asked Soul. "Soulblade, these are my friends, Amoux and his girlfriend Aurora. Guys, this is Soulblade, he's a professional swordsman and...he's the son of Nightmare. But it's okay, he's on our side." said Violet. "Where's your family?" asked Amoux. "Nightmare kidnapped them. I don't know where he could've gone." said Violet. "I know where he's hiding. He's on an island out in the ocean." said Soul. "Nomanisan?" asked Violet as he nodded. "We should rest up. We'll go in the morning and take a boat to Nomanisan." said Soul as he and Violet went to their sleeping bags Soul had out. "We're going with you two." said Amoux. "Look, me and Invisigirl got this. We don't need any help." said Soul. "Oh, we're not asking. Like it or not, we're going with you." said Aurora. "Plus, with Nightmare, he has to have an army. You'll need all the help you can get." said Amoux "Perfect! Alright we'll leave first thing in the morning." said Violet as they all went to bed. "Come with us. We'll take you to our place." said Amoux as Soul and Violet followed them. They soon arrive at their home. "Are your parents around?" asked Violet. "No and besides it's just only my mom. She went out with her mom on a vacation for a few months. Until then we have the house to ourselves." said Amoux. "So if we're going to infiltrate Nomanisan Island, we'll need a plan. Here's the map of Nomanisan. My family and I were there once when Syndrome was around. When I was there, I saw a dungeon. That's where they could hold my family hostage." said Violet. "Ok, so it's settled. Tomorrow we will go to Nomanisan, save your family and stop Nightmare from completing his evil plan." said Soul. "Alright, I'm going to bed. See you all in the morning." said Soul as he headed to the guest room. "So...Violet's your real name." said Amoux. Violet nodded. "Don't worry. You and your family's secrets are safe with us. My real name is Carla and his is Chris." said Aurora as Violet smiled. "Thanks guys. I really appreciate it." said Violet. "That Soul guy...do you trust him? Because it will be uncomfortable knowing he's the son of a villain." asked Amoux. Look guys, I know you don't trust him...but I trust him enough that he'll help me save my family." said Violet as Amoux and Aurora look at each other with concern. "Alright, we should get some rest." said Aurora as they group heads to bed as the moons shine over them all. Meanwhile, the Incredibles were in the dungeon and passed out. "Men, expect their friends to arrive. Once we get rid of them, no one will foil my plan into taking over the city!" said Nightmare as the purple cube behind him was pulsing energy. Powering him up, slowly turning him into a monster as he laughs evilly. The next morning, the group wakes up and heads to the dock, where they take a boat and set sail to Nomanisan Island, where the evil Nightmare is holding base. Violet looks on to the sea and hopes that her family is still alive on Nomanisan and hoping to defeat Nightmare and his army.
