Chapter 11: A Furious Confrontation

"School's out!" said Bulbox as he steals the money. "Wait, you can't steal the money! That's for the school fundraiser!" said a teacher. "Sorry bud! But this belongs to me now!" said Bulbox as he and Rose tried to run off but Elastigirl took the money back. "Pretty wrong for someone trying to steal money." said Elastigirl. Bulbox grinned. "Doesn't seem to affect me. I'm used to stealing money anyway. Been doing it for years." said Bulbox as the family charged and battled. "You lied to me again, Rose! To make this worse, you're joining your father. Do you realize YOU can go to jail for this?" said Violet. "This is all your family's fault! I tried to warn you but you left me no choice. Don't think your force fields will stop my sonic rays!" said Rose as she weakens Violet with her sonic powers. "Come on, Dad. Let's go!" said Rose. She then assists Bulbox with the fight with the Incredibles. Bulbox overpowers them. "Huh, this is too easy. You people are weak." said Bulbox. "Oh, Bulbox." said a voice as he turned. It was Amoux and Aurora. "You think it's too easy? Did you forget that the Incredibles aren't the only supers here?" asked Amoux as he and Aurora pulled out their weapons. "Oh great. You two. Metroville's rising super heroes. Finally..I've been waiting a long time for this." said Bulbox as he charged. Amoux smirked at Aurora as she nodded. Amoux fought Bulbox while Aurora handled Rose. "You're going down." said Aurora as she stared at Rose with fury. "I don't think I met you before." said Rose. "We both know a certain someone!" said Aurora as she bashes into Rose to the ground. She quickly got back up, trying to use her sonic rays but Aurora was too quick and sideswipes her once more as Elastigirl traps her with her arms. "That'll teach you." said Aurora in her thoughts as she smiled. Amoux quickly punches Bulbox repeatedly as he stumbled. "Had enough, bud?" asked Amoux as Bulbox chuckled. "Just getting started. I'll put you down like a dog." said Bulbox as the two charged at each other. They both threw a punch as their fists came together and sends a shockwave to the ground. They both were stunned but Amoux managed to capitalize and delivers an uppercut to Bulbox's chin. He then picks him up, showing his strength and tossed him to the ground. "How's that for a dog?" said Amoux as Aurora comes in and kicks him in the face knocking him to the ground. Dash comes in and ties him up. "Your time is up, Bulbox." said Mr. Incredible. "Why on earth would have your own daughter be an accesory to your crimes?" asked Elastigirl. "Is it only okay to teach your kid to use their powers...if your name is Parr?" said Bulbox. The family froze and turned to him. It turned out Rose told him what the Parr's names were. Mr. Incredible doesn't want to release him since he knows their identities, but that was just the start of it. Bulbox told them that when Rose and Violet were practicing their powers, they were scouting places for him to rob. Violet nervously says that she didn't know about their plans and just thought they were exploring cool places. Bulbox says that doesn't change the fact that she was an accessory for his crimes. He says if they don't release him, he tell them that Violet was part of it and she'll get arrested too. "Your insane! Threatening them to Violet? You should be ashamed of yourself!" said Amoux. "Untie me or I'll tell the cops everything." said Bulbox as he smiled. They both decide to let them go. "No wait! I should face the consequences! It was my mistake!" said Violet. Elastigirl tells her that she shouldn't be punished for something she didn't mean to do. Dash doesn't mind when Violet gets punished, but only when she deserves it. Mr. Incredible tells her that they can try to find Bulbox again another time. But Rose, filled with realization and guilt, tells Dash about Bulbox's special earplugs and tells him to take them out. The second he did, she uses her powers to his ears as Elastigirl ties him up again. "Rose...why are you doing this?" asked Bulbox. "I did it to keep us together. What were doing is wrong. Dad...we're hurting people, to our friends." said Rose as she looks at Violet, Chris and Carla. "Well...they were my friends." said Rose as she looked at Violet. "Still are." said Violet. Bulbox deeply sighed. "Maybe you're right, kiddo. I'm sorry for dragging you into this." said Bulbox as Rose smiled happily and hugged her dad. "Don't worry, Vi. I'll explain everything to the police about this. You won't have to take the fall, Violet." said Rose. "Hang on, Rose. I'm sure we can work something out." said Violet as the police arrived and eventually they all went to the NSA, where Rick Dicker awaits them.
