ROBIN'S POV

I can tell the day is gonna be pretty intense just from what Nancy has said in the past 10 minutes. I mean, nothing could really compare to the bombshell Steve had dropped on me in the bathroom, but it still sounded pretty full-on.
Basically what I summed up from the conversation, (which I was desperately trying to focus on while also trying to see whatever the fuck Steve was doing with Eddie,) was that me and Nance would drive to Hawkins and meet with Dustin to see if it was safe for Eddie to come back. Steve would stay here with him inside the motel until we came back. That's it.
It sounded simple enough but everything had to be done with complete secrecy and I'm not very good at laying low.
I really hope that they could manage staying here undetected, I mean, I had complete faith in Eddie, just not Steve.
No offence bud.
After Nancy explained the plan to them, all four of us walked through the hall towards the lobby.
"So, uhh- you never actually told me who it was," I say to Steve. We were walking at the back of the group with Nancy and Eddie in front of us, and he looked somewhat nervous.
"What?"
"I mean, in the bathroom earlier. The person you like, you never said who he was."
He laughed nervously and only replied by staring straight in front of him, and then back at me, and then in front again. I follow his gaze.
Eddie.
He was staring at Eddie.
Oh. My. God.
I open my mouth in some sort of over-excited, bewildered, gasp and hit Steve the on the arm.
"Donn'tttttt say anything I know it's stupid," he says blushing like crazy.
It takes me a while to respond but when I do I say, "Holy shit. YOU LIKE E-"
He covers my mouth with his hand as if I'm actually going to say it out loud and has this look on his face which is half: 'I'm going to actually crawl into a hole and die' and 'Robin I will murder you I swear to God'.
I push his hand away and laugh,
"Don't worry dingus I'm not going to say anything." Then he sighs and turns to look at Eddie so I go, "Its the hair isn't it? Or is it the tattoos? Maybe you have a thing for guys in leather-"
And he covers my mouth again.
