Lori had been taken down by a witch, and he didn't seem to enjoy the idea of it. He tried to kick her foot but she slammed his head down to the floor using telekineses.
She smirked and moved closer to his face, "I absolutely...hate men,"
He slammed his forehead to hers and she fell back. He got up and ran away. She touched her forehead, her eyes full of rage, and she screamed. Lori ran out of the halls, and back to the front door. He opened it but it closed right back. He turned back, "Come back here," She looked at him from the end of the hallways. He bore his claws behind his back, "No,"
But suddenly, he felt his body moving on its own, "What the hell,"
He was about to strike her when she rose him in the air and threw him at the wall. The wall broke and he fell out of the cottage, on the grass. The celebration stopped and all the other witches stood and looked at him."What is that?"
Lori got up on his elbows and touched his wounded back, "Goddammit!"
"That voice...He's a man!"
They all gasped, "A man!"
"A MAN!" They all began screaming and picked up their sticks, which lit up into a fire, "BURN HIM!"
"BURN THE MAN!"They ran towards him and Lori tried to get up, but he couldn't move. He looked at the cottage and saw her holding his body back through her magic. He could hear the chants around him, "BURN THE MAN! BURN THE MAN!"
He couldn't believe this was to be his end. He never thought that he'd die in hell. He clenched his eyes, and the horns on his head slowly grew larger. A witch attacked him but he dug his claws into her neck, and she fell back, terrified. "What in the heavens is that?"
His fangs grew sharper and his hazel eyes shone brightly, the witch from the cottage tried holding him down, but his spirit energy seemed to increase beyond her control. Soon, he was taking all of them down."What is happening?" He suddenly heard and looked behind him. Long, red hair reached to her knees, and flowers garlands on her head, she wore a sheer, white tunic and all the witches screamed for her help. They ran towards her and stood behind her. Jevelene looked at the wounded witches on the red-stained, grass. She looked furious, "You," She looked at Lori, "You invade our home and kill our sisters, who are you?"
Lori's eyes mellowed down as looked at her for a while, and then, he spoke, "Jevelene?"
"You know me?" Jevelene looked at his face properly. His horns went back in and his fangs shrunk, his claws went back to being fingers and he approached her, she looked at him closely, and after a good look, she seemed to recognise him even after three years, "...Lori?". . .
Nataniel held a dead rabbit in his hands while Ariel's walked behind him with the gold water lily in his hand. They walked over metres of deep, thick snow. It felt as if they were walking in quicksand, and it needed a lot of energy. Ariel slowly stopped walking and fell onto the snow, "Ariel!" Nataniel ran towards him, "Oh my demigod, you're cold,"
He removed his shirt and covered it over Ariel, "Get on my back, don't touch the snow,"He picked Ariel up on his back and continued walking into the snow.
"You are nice, Nataniel," He heard Ariel speak and turned his neck towards Ariel, "Ariel! You're back to your senses,"
Ariel smiled and touched his cold face, "Why..." His voice began turning deeper and he moved his fingers over Nataniel's neck, "Mustn't you continue to believe that you are still mine?" His voice was no longer his own, his eyes were orange and his hair was golden.Nataniel recognised that touch and tried to throw him down but he grabbed his neck, "Ack!" Nataniel felt his air constrict, "You're not Ariel,"
Ariel's face soon morphed into Sylvester's face, "So, you do recognise my touch?"
Nataniel's eyes glowed blue and it began freezing Sylvester."I LOATHE YOU!" Nataniel screamed but Slyvester dispersed into grains of smoke until he vanished into the air.
"Nataniel," A dark shadow stood behind him and Nataniel found himself under a field of blue hay, with a black cloud filling the sky overhead. He saw a young boy with dark hair and dead, dark eyes. He wore a white shirt and his body almost seemed translucent and silver earrings in his ears. It was Phobos. "Hello Nataniel," He could hear heartbeats in the sky as the lightning buzzed every time a lubb and a dubb of the heartbeat covered the sky.
