(Continued)
Hawks fluttered and flapped his wings and began trying to fly up, but only got a couple feet up off of the ground.
Then, another pair of chains wrapped around his wrists, pulling and tightening.
Hawks yelped as he was forced to fall, hearing a pop in his back and wings.
'Shit! No, no no no, god no, please don't be broken' he thought to himself as he tried flying, but got nowhere as his wings couldn't move, and he couldn't feel anything in his back.

Falling.
He was falling.
'What will happen when I hit the water? It's nearly deep enough to drown if I pass out, not to mention it soon leads to a small ocean up ahead. Shit...Touya' He thought.
He felt his body go limp and numb as blood began to seep through the chains around his ankles and wrists along with his wings.
He felt himself wanting, begging, to pass out, but he fought.
However, it was getting really hard the closer he got to the water.
He gave up trying and closed his eyes seconds before his body hit the water, as he drowned and went wherever the river carried him, blood turning the water red.
Back up next to the waterfall, Dabi decided to do what he could. He took a deep breath and jumped into the river far down below, risking all he had to save Keigo.
Once he was in the water, he gasped up out for air and began swimming in search to where the bird hero could have gone.
He soon found the blood trail in the river and followed it.
He then went underwater and searched, soon coming to a huge anchor, followed by four others.
He narrowed his eyes, it had to be the league's doing.
He swam more until he reached a pair of feet.
Bingo.
He immediately grabbed Keigo gently by the waist and pulled the both of them out of the water and over to the land beside the river.
Dabi pulled Keigo fully out of the river when he noticed his head bleeding, clearly being hit by the rocks in the water.
He mentally cursed. Why would they do this? And how would a villain like him be able to get Keigo the help he desperately needed? Despite people automatically assuming he was the one that did it.
He had no more time to think. He immediately took off his coat and shirt, drained the water out of them both and wrapped his shirt around Keigo's head, hoping it would be enough to stop the bleeding.
He then grabbed a rough stick and slipped it underneath the chains around one of his wrists, then pulled on it in hopes it would come off.
Luckily, the water loosened it enough that Dabi could use a bit of his quirk to cremate and heat the chains, melt them.
They soon easily melted off and he moved to Keigo's other wrist.
He was working so quickly in a panic that he didn't notice another hero watching him from above in the trees.
He heard feet jump and land on the ground behind him and he immediately paused what he was doing to see who was watching him.
He sighed when he saw that it was a student watching him, one from UA.
"What are you doing here, kid?" Dabi demanded to know.
"I'm on a small mission from All Might, we're training, he's testing me to see how well I do" the green haired boy answered, staring back and forth between Dabi and the unconscious hero.
"You didn't do this, did you? I saw you pull him from the river and treat him" Izuku questioned.
Dabi shook his head. "No, I didn't do it, and just as I thought no one would believe me if I tried asking for help. I'm not the same old villain Dabi everyone wants out of me, I believe the league did this to him, we were just on a date and minding our own business. Please, help me" Dabi explained.
Izuku nodded and rushed over, helping Dabi take off the chains.
"I'll call for help, you just make sure his wounds stop bleeding" he then said after taking off the chains around Keigo's ankles.
"I appreciate your help, kid" Dabi said as he took off Keigo's jacket and shirt, wrapping his coat around his waist and wings best he could.

Aizawa narrowed his eyes as he stared down at the sleeping pro hero laying down in the hospital bed.
His head was wrapped in gauze, his wings wrapped up as well, a tube down his throat, IVs and needles throughout his arms, and his face clearly in pain, but peaceful in deep sleep.
"Now look what happened" Aizawa began, talking to dead ears. "This man you love is a villain, you gave your heart to a villain, and now look at what happened to you" he said.
"But he saved him! He's getting praised by heroes and news groups, Dabi saved him" Izuku started.
Aizawa sighed and looked over at the boy.
Maybe he was right, maybe Dabi wasn't so bad for Hawks, but because the league found out they want him dead.
"If one villain can change his ways, why can't they all? Hawks fell in love and still got hurt during the process" Aizawa argued.
"I think it's cute...I mean, the league of villains will always do something to break something so precious apart, but Dabi is wanting to give that up to be with him, it's truly amazing" Mirio commented, as he too was in the room with Izuku.
Aizawa looked back down at Keigo. Maybe the two were right, maybe Dabi was willing to change everything about himself to be with the person he loved. He did do everything he could to save Keigo, pulled and dragged him out of the river, but Aizawa would have to ask Keigo his side of the story when he woke up. Maybe they would share the same story, that they were on a date.
He walked passed Izuku and Mirio and left the room. Maybe Tokoyami would like to know where his idol was.
