eddie sat straight up, he had heard a car pull up. i say up as well. he pushed me back down "stay here darling." eddie said. i nodded as he got up. looking out the window. "is there anybody?" i whispered. he shook his head and caught his breath. just as he got up the door swung up. i stopped breathing for a second , until i saw dustin. "jesus man!" eddie said. dustin and the others walked in holding up bags "delivery service!" dustin said. i smiled and eddie put his hands on his hips. i got out the boat and took the bags from their hands. putting it on the nearby table. i saw a snicker bar poking through the bag. i gasped and clasped my hands together. then i rushed to get it out the bag. "snickers!!!" i said jumping up and down. Eddie watched me and smiled, "share." he said walking over to me. I shook my head "noo!!!" i said opening the candy bar. as soon as i went to take a bite, eddie took it from my hands and took a big bite- then handed the rest to me and smiled. "ed's!!!" i said pouting. he shrugged his shoulders and came over to kiss me. "you're not the only one who was hungry darling." i kissed him back and turned to the others. they where all standing there awkwardly. "come in come in!! your letting all the cool air out." i said going behind them- shutting the door. eddie looked through the bags and grabbed a box of cereal. i grabbed us both two yoohoos and we hopped in the boat. opening the cereal, eddie begun shoving it into his mouth like he hasn't ate in years. i took a handful and stuffed my mouth with cereal. dustin and steve stood on our right- robin and max on our left. "so we have good and bad news- which one first" dustin said. "bad news first, of course" eddie said shrugging his shoulders. "well we tapped into the hawkins PD dispatch with our Cerebro and their definitely looking for you." dustin said with one breathe. i looked at eddie as he sighed. "and y/n mom uh.. mom filed you as a missing person." dustin said . i rolled my eyes "of course she did" i scoffed. "also eddie they're pretty sure you killed chrissy. well 100% sure." eddie looked down. he looked very upset. i put my hand on his shoulder and began rubbing his shoulder. which made him a little less tense. "like 100% kind of convinced." max said. "and the good news?" eddie said "your name hasn't gone public yet." robin said "but if we found out about you, it's just a matter of time before others do and as soon as that gets out, everybody and their shallow minded mothers is gonna be gunning for you." robin rambled. Eddie drank a little more yoo-hoo. "hunt the freak right?" he said, your heart began hurting. you hated when he refereed to himself as a 'freak'. "so before that happens, we find vecna, kill him, and prove your innocence." "that's all dustin that's all?" "yeah no that's pretty much it" dustin said shrugging his shoulders "there's nothing to worry about" i whispered into eddie's ear. he looked at me, i saw the hairs stand up on the back of his neck. then, we heard sirens. "tarp" robin said. we pulled the tarp over us. cop cars, firefighters, ambulances, passed by quickly. "we gotta go see what that is." steve said, "guys! we'll be back stay put!" dustin said. then- they all left. i tried to hold everything in. but then i began crying silently again. my back was to eddie. so he didn't notice. "y/n, sweetheart are you crying?" he said- grabbing my waist pulling me closer. "no of course not ed's." i said. "look at me." he said, i got quiet- not moving a bit. "now y/n." i turned around and looked at him. tears filling my eyes. eddie looked at me and put his hands on my face. "it's all gonna be okay princess. i promise you that right now." he said. i gulped and nodded my head. he took his thumb and wiped my tears. he then pulled my face up and kissed me. we began making out. i moved on top of him. i pulled apart from his lips "i loved you ed's" "i love you more darling" he said, pushing my head down on his chest. he was so tired. i could tell. so we fell back asleep.

i was sweating, running out of scoops ahoy. as i saw the mindflayer attack billy. he screamed. and screamed. and screamed some more. "billy!'" max yelled. i couldn't move. a million things ran through my head. "go, save him" i thought. but you couldn't. you didn't. the mindflayer stabbed billy in his chest. and he fell to the ground, bleeding everywhere. finally, max and i ran to him. "billy! billy please come on!" max said grabbing his arm. i just stood over his body. shocked. then- i began screaming.

"y/n darling! wake up ! wake up now!" eddie said shaking you. you sat up sweating and panting. "eddie" you mumbled- hugging him tight. "another nightmare hm?" eddie said. "yea. i- how did you know?" "you where grabbing my shirt, and you eventually screamed." i shook my head and kept holding him. "i'm here y/n. it's all gonna be okay. we're gonna get through this together. i promise." i nodded and kissed him. then we layed back down. this time my leg wrapped around his- facing eachother.
