ABOUT TWO DAYS LATER..

Eddie was desperately looking through the cabinets for food, since you and him have finished the groceries dustin dropped off. i sat on the couch watching tv. "you find anything ed's?" he looked in the cabinet and took a can out. "yeah, how does spaghetti-o's sound?" he snorted. "that'll do. we can share." he nodded and turned on the stove, putting the spaghetti-o's in a pot. "ed's i'm gonna radio dustin, maybe for another food supply?" "yea and ask him to pick me up a six pack." i nodded and picked up the walkie talkie. "dustinnn- dustin do you copy?" "hey.. it's nancy." eddie walked over with a bowl in his hand and two spoons- sitting beside my on the couch handing me a spoon. i took the spoon as shoved the spaghetti o's in my mouth. "wheeler! mm! hey, you think you guys can do a food drop off? like real soon. unless y'all want us to go out into the world where-" nancy stopped me "don't do that. yea just stay where you are. we'll get to you as soon as we can." "yea yea yea can you uh.. also get me and eddie a six pack.. it would really jangle our nerves" it got quiet "hey i'm gonna have to call you back." nancy said. "no no- wheeler . WHEELER?" i slammed the walkie talkie down on the table. taking another spoonful of spaghetti o's .

TIME SKIP TO LATER THAT NIGHT.

eddie and i sat in the shed- throwing marbles into the empty spaghetti-o can. i layed my head on his shoulder. " isn't this romantic?" i said chuckling "of course it is? what you don't think it is?" eddie scoffed. "eddie, cops are looking for us, along with jason the laundry basket shooter. and we're sitting in a shed- throwing marbles into a can, waiting for a food supply." i smiled looking up at him. he looked down at me "sounds pretty romantic if you ask me." he said kissing me. "but sweetheart, i promise- when we figure this out.. i'm gonna take you on an actual date. wherever you want. and the. afterwards we can go on a walk, then back to my trailer.." i laughed at the last part , he laughed too, "promise?" i said . "promsie."
i smiled and kissed him again. right then we heard a call pull up. "ugh finally!! food!" i said looking out the window. "no... ed's!!" eddie rushed to the window, looking out "oh god." there in the driveway, sat jason's car. eddie turned to me and grabbed my face "darling, sweetheart, princess... look at me, go get in the boat. i'm gonna try to get your brother here. but if things go sideways. leave. without me. please y/n." he said. i shook my head "i'm not leaving you eddie. i'm not." i saw him tearing up . he nodded "okay yea. but you know i love you." he said "i love you too ed's." he smiled and kissed me. i felt the tear run down his cheek. i pulled away from him and smiled. then i got into the boat and waited. eddie picked up the radio "dustin? are you there? i really need you right now." no response. flashlights shined through the window. they where coming. "nevermind" eddie said, letting the boat down and grabbing an oar. he got into the boat wit me and began paddling. we where about 78 feet from the yard when we heard "hey! freaks! where do you think your going?" eddie cursed under his breath and turned to the other side of the boat, he began pulling the string - trying to start the engine. "eddie hurry!!" i yelled "i'm trying princess just hold on!" he said. jason jumped in the water- his friend not far behind him. eddie gave up on the engine and began rowing again, i looked and jason was about ten feet from the boat. Eddie stood up with the oar in his hand, "stay back! stay back jason i swear!". Eddie yelled- his voice cracking at the end. i know he was scared, but he didn't show it. then. out of nowhere. jason's friend 'patrick' went under the water. jason turnt around- "patrick?... hey patrick??!!" jason yelled. eddie looked in the water over the boat for him. then- patrick shot straight out of the water. into the air. "no no no, not again" eddie mumbled. "y/n cover your eyes!!!" but you couldn't. you froze and stared as patrick's limbs snapped, it was brutal. so brutal. his legs, then his other leg, the both of him arms. i screamed at the top of my lungs and fell in the water, i went under the water for about two seconds. then popped back up. "y/n!! y/n come on darling." eddie said pulling me into the boat. i was sobbing as eddie began rowing the boat again. "oh my god.. ed's is that what happened to chrissy?" i said in between sobs . he nodded and kept rowing. i put my hand in my heads. and began crying again. we got far away from the scene and eddie stopped paddling and grabbed me to hold me close and tight. i sobbed in his chest as i grabbed his shirt. "eddie, i'm scared. i'm so scared." i mumbled. "i know darling i know. it's gonna be okay- i promise. please just stop crying.. it's hurting me" he said. i could tell he was holding back tears. i nodded and wiped my eyes. "let's just go. i wanna get somewhere comfortable." i said. eddie nodded "anything for you princess." i gave him a small smile.

TIME SKIP.
we arrived in the woods, on the other side of lover's lake.we heard sirens and cars on the road nearby, so eddie  grabbed my hand and pulled me while running. we ran for a while until we finally arrived at skull rock. i knew the place since steve used to take me here all the time. "come on let's lay down," eddie said, leaning against the rock and letting me lay my head down in his lap. "i love you, munson". "i love you more sweetheart, tomorrow we'll find a way to get a hold of your brother. okay?" i nodded and shivered a bit. eddie took off his jacket which and put it over me. i smiled and looked at him "such a gentlemen." i said. "only for you my girl." he said- leaning down and kissing my lips- then my forehead. "get some rest sweetheart." eddie said "you too munson.sleep well my love." then- you two drifted off to sleep.
