I float there for a few minutes. What the hell is going on in my life? All of this feels like a dream but it also feels too real to be one. Where are my parents?! I haven't seen them since last night!
Jake finally shows up again and snaps me out of my internal panic attack.
"Dude, are you coming or not?"
"Yeah. I was just, uh, yeah. I'm coming." I stuttered.
"Good. Let's move."
After what seems like hours of flying, Jake finally says;
"Oh yeah. I'll be taking my CirKit back when we land."
CirKit? What did he mean by that? The Jet Pack? I thought this thing was mine?
"You're, um, CirKit?" I asked.
"Mhmm. That "gun" I threw at you. See, it's not really a gun. It's more of a figment of my imagination." He explained.
"Wait, what?! Your Imagination? Isn't that a little farfetched? And childish? And, you know, not a real physical thing?!" I said panically.
"Well, Imagination WAS all those things. I mean, It's not really my imagination either. Well, it kinda is." He began.
He seemed to be going back and forth with himself in his mind. It was rather comical, honestly.
"Anyways! It's a long story. Spectre will explain everything once we get to HQ." He ends.
A long story? HQ? Meaning headquarters I'm guessing. Spectre?! What kind of secret agent shit is this?!
Well, whatever it is, it sounds like something I could be interested in.
