Chapter 11: Current

Before I impact the undisturbed water, almost last second, an opening appeared in the waves and Jake's pistol began to radiate a pulsing glow that got more intense the nearer I got.

I fly through the watery gateway and everything changed. I got sucked into a current that seemed to have been manmade somehow. It was really weird because whilst in the current, it was as if breathing underwater was unneeded.

The current led to an entrance at the bottom of the lake. As soon as I go through the entrance, I crash land on some kind of paneled floor. The hole at which I entered closed behind me.

Wherever I was at, it was like a fortress. There were moving white walls, Holograms, hover boards! It was like something out of a Sci-Fi movie!

During my scan, I see Jake walking over to me.

"I'll be taking my CirKit back now." He said loud enough for me to hear him. He was a decent distance away from me.

"Oh, yeah! Sure thi-." My sentence was cut short by his pistol.

It started to come apart in particles. The particles began to fly over towards Jake. Except they didn't form back into a gun, or even a weapon for that matter. They instead deposited into a slit in his shoulder guard. The slit then closed.

Okay. I need to speak to this "Spectre".
