"Commander, his aura was green. Green. We haven't see this for centuries. What are we going to do now? We were looking to build a defense not find the savior of our people. We don't have enough time..." I kept rambling about the recent discoveries.

"Calm yourself, Allen. You are right. We were not looking for our "Savior". But keep in mind, that we really don't have much of a choice in the matter. The survival of our kind relies solely on what we do from now on. We have to utilize Levi as much as we can. You must train him, Jake." The Commander said to me.

Now we were stopped in the middle of the white corridor.

"Train him? You see him. You know how he is. He's stubborn. He won't cooperate willingly. He's still young in heart and mind. He won't understand the severity of the situation he has been thrown into. With all due respect, Commander, it is a fool's errand." I say that last bit with a little regret. "We're better off training our troops into elite warriors than rely on him."

We reach a doorway where the Commander's meeting is supposed to take place.

"We see how he progresses from now until 12:00 tomorrow morning. If he is able to find some sort of control of his aura, then we tell him what he is." The Commander stated, as if ignoring my argument.

  I sigh.

"Okay. And what if he shows no promising signs? What're we going to do?" I prod.

The Commander pauses for a second before opening the door and walking through it and turning to face me on the other side.

"The same thing we do with all of the other failures. We kill him."

The door shuts and the meeting begins. I turn and head towards the surveillance chamber.
