Jeremy calls Andrew
A- hey jer
J- is Lexi pregnant?
Lr- what?!
J- sofie's falling apart and she mentioned something about Lexi being pregnant and you guys getting married
M- why's sofie falling apart
J- she told dom they needed a break for some reason and then he left
A- he was meeting up with me
J- oh so you know then
A- I've know for legit like 5 minutes
Lr- did you speed back here?
J- and is Lexi ok?
Lr- what do you mean?
J- sofie's been rambling about how she's not been on steady ground since the day you guys got engaged and she said you were in the hospital because you got shot
Lr- yeah I'm good. And yes I'm pregnant
J- I'm super happy for you guys, but somebody needs to get here to check on sofie and Ben and Hannah aren't answering their phones. Dom realized sofie was spiraling and he asked about her and that's when she basically broke up with him
Lr- Andrew go
A- are you sure?
Lr- yes
A- I'm on my way jer
J- hurry, she locked herself in the bathroom
Lr- go now!
Andrew runs out of the hospital and speeds over to sofie's house.
Lr- jer, what's going on?
J- the police just got here cause I called 911 befor you guys
M- smart move
J- oh hey mase
M- hi jer
J- ok Andrew just got here
A- stay there Jeremy!
Andrew runs to the bathroom door
A- open up sofie!
He starts pounding on the door
Sd- why should I? Doms gone, Lexi doesn't trust me, and nobody's realized I'm not okay!
A- we know now
Sd- it's too late now
Lr- Jeremy carry the phone over to the bathroom
Jeremy runs to the bathroom with the phone and puts it on the ground
Lr- I do trust you sof!
Sd- no you don't
Lr- I was just scared of something happening to Maisie and I took my fear out on you and I'm sorry for that. And I never doubted you sof, you took care of Maisie and jer in the past and I guess my fear just blocked that out
Sd- but why now?
Lr- I guess it was fear for both Maisie and the baby
Sd- why are you admitting your pregnancy out loud?
Lr- jer already knows
Sd- oh good
Lr- and I would admit to a lot of stuff if it would save you. I'm not going to right now but I would
Sofie unlocks the door and Andrew barges in and hugs her
A- it's ok sof, it's ok
Lexi sighs in relief and hugs Maisie
Jeremy hangs up and joins in on the hug
Sd- thanks Jeremy
J- for what?
Sd- for doing what I needed
J- I just thought they could help
Sd- and they did
Andrew stays the night at sofie's house and Lexi and Maisie stay in the bed with each other the whole night. Lexi never let her go
In the morning
Lr- hey mase
M- yeah
Lr- could you get up for a sec?
M- sure
Maisie gets up and lexi turns over and pukes into her puke bucket thing
M- is it morning sickness?
Lr- it's either that of it has to do with the surgery which I hope it doesn't
M- me too
Andrew comes in and hugs Lexi
Lr- hey babe
A- hi. I missed you last night
Lr- I missed you too, but I'm glad you helped sofie
A- you helped her more than I did
Lr- yeah but you stayed with her all night to make sure she was ok
A- yeah, I brought Jeremy if that's ok
Lr- yeah that's fine
A- he just wanted to get out of the house
Lr- yeah no I get it
A- ok
Jeremy comes running in with a bunch of snacks from the vending machine
Lr- where did you get all of those snacks?
J- the vending machine. Why? Are you mad?
Lr- only if you don't give me some
Jeremy tosses Lexi a bag of Doritos and gives Maisie a 3 musketeer bar
M- thanks
J- it's all Andrew's money so
Lr- that was nice of you
A- he's a hungry kid
J- can you guys catch me up to speed on everything since I don't really know what's going on?
They catch him up to speed
J- I still can't wrap my head around the part where that doctor shot you cause you fired him from Maisie's case
Lr- yeah I still can't believe it either, but here we are
A- that reminds me, I still have to give my statement to the police
Lr- you haven't yet?
A- have you?
Lr- I've been busy healing from being shot and pregnant, what's your excuse?
A- I needed to get my mind right
Lr- ok
A- look, I just don't really want to talk to the police
Lr- I get that but we need to make that asshole pay for what he did
A- what if he comes back and I'm gone?
Lr- I'll be fine, ok. I survived once I can do it again
A- you barely survived surgery last time, let alone getting shot. And what if he comes back with something worse
Lr- I'll be fine ok
A- that's what max said on stranger things and look what happened to her
Lr- she still survived
A- I can't lose you
Lr- and you won't
Andrew leaves and Maisie and Jeremy fall asleep. An hour later, Andrew isn't back yet and the doctor who shot Lexi comes in. Lexi starts pressing the emergency button but nobody comes
Fd- nobody's coming for you
Lr- what did you do?
Fd- the hospitals on lockdown ever since Andrew made his statement
Lr- what did you do to him?
Fd- I didn't do anything
Lr- can you just let them get out of here before you do anything
Fd- no can do. I want them to see me kill you
Lr- why are you doing this? All I did was fire you
Fd- you told another doctor what i was doing
Lr- why does that matter?
Fd- I could've been fired, and now that your little husband just gave his statement, I mostly likely will be
Lr- you shot me! You should be fired. All i did was ask for another doctor for my sister because i didn't agree with your treatment
Fd- you should've never told that doctor, and now your gonna pay
Lr- I already have. I was shot and I'm stuck here recovering from it.
Andrew comes running in
A- it hasn't even been 2 days and your already back
Fd- I need to finish out my plans
The doctor raises up a gun and points it at Lexi. Andrew reaches and grabs the gun out of his hand. Andrew throws the gun out on the floor and by now, Jeremy and Maisie are awake. They see the whole thing. Maisie jumps on the bed and Lexi hugs her while Jeremy gets on the other side. Lexi holds Jeremy and Maisie close to her while Andrew fights off the doctor. The police come running in and put handcuffs on the doctor.
Fd- why?!
Popo- you are wanted for attempted mister on two counts. This is your second time, so you really are going to jail now.
Fd- I didn't do it
Popo- we have proof
The police point to the camera in Lexi's room
Lr- I tried to hold him off for as long as I could
Popo- you guys did good
Fd- this was a trap
Lr- yup
The police take the doctor away.
A- you did good baby
Lr- I tried
J- what just happened?
Lr- so the plan was that Andrew would give his statement to his police.
A- the police were well on their way by the time that doctor got here
Lr- so I made sure he didn't try and do anything until the cops got here. I pushed the button to let the cops know he was here and then they got here in time and saved us. But Andrew did most of the saving
A- I couldn't let him hurt you again, or hurt one of these little nuggets
Lr- I had to make sure you guys didn't try and intervene
J- don't worry, we weren't gonna
A- so you guys were just gonna let me fend for myself
M- you were doing pretty good
Andrew ruffles Maisie and Jeremy's hair
