M- and we just found out that it's twins
Sd- you guys are having twins?
A- we found out when we found out the gender of them both
J- but we'll let Lexi tell you guys when she wants to
Sd- ok
Db- how are you not freaked out Ben?
B- I am about the twins but I knew they were pregnant and that first part
Db- did everybody know except for me?
M- my family doesn't know a single thing about it
A- Maisie!
M- I'm sorry I haven't gotten around to it yet. I've been busy with trying to get all my schoolwork done on this thing
J- and plus, it's almost Halloween
A- I totally forgot all about that
B- I can take them out for Halloween
Sd- yeah and I can come over to help pass out candy
A- that sounds good
Db- and I'll go with Ben and then so I won't be alone
B- ok
A- we were gonna go watch a movie if you guys want to come with, but your gonna need to buy your own tickets
Sd- we can do that another time
Db- yeah, I kinda want to be alone with sof
M- we get it
Jackson calls Maisie
M- I have to take this
Maisie walks outside
M- hey
Jk- hi. I was thinking
M- if it was better if we were just friends
Jk- yeah, I mean don't get me wrong, your a great girlfriend
M- your a great boyfriend
Jk- but your dealing with some stuff and right now you need a friend. Maybe we could try again but I think it would be better for us to just be friends right now
M- yeah that's fine,
Jk- I just don't want this to get really complicated and I don't want you to have another thing to deal with
M- your not a burden
Jk- but our relationship might be too much to try and save if we keep going right now
M- yeah, I'll see you later Jackson
Jk- see you Rivera
Jackson hangs up and Maisie walks back inside
J- what's going on?
M- me and Jackson are just gonna be friends for right now at least
A- are you ok?
M- yeah
B- we should probably get going
J- how about we switch the order up, I'll go with Andrew and mase can go with Ben
M- ok
B- sure
A- let's go then jer
They all leave
Back with Lexi
Am- how are you?
Lr- I'm fine considering I was shot, I'm having twin boys, and I might not pass my junior year
Am- your gonna pass. All of you guys are gonna pass.
Lr- how do you know?
Am- I just do
The school calls Andrew's mom
Am- excuse me for a sec
Lr- yeah sure
Andrew's mom walks out of the room
Am- hello
School- hi mrs Davila
Am- yeah that's me
School- I need to talk to you about your son and almost daughter in law
Am- what about them?
School- we can pass them but their gonna need a lot more credits their senior year to graduate
Am- they might not be able to next year
School- they can either pass this year, or they can't be
Am- it's not even the end of the school year
School- there's not even two more months left in this semester and I doubt they can get everything down that they've missed . Andrew has a lot of his assignments done but Lexi on the other hand
Am- can't you just send over her school work she needs to do
School- she needs more time to learn the information. She's missed almost all of the semester
Am- not yet. She can get the work done
School- she's going to need all of her teachers to come over for an entire day to help her learn all of the informations she's missed and we don't have enough subs available to do that
Am- yes you do. Your just gonna send over one person a day, right
School- yes, but with the amount of teachers calling in
Am- I can homeschool her
School- if we send you all of the work she's missed, are you sure you can teach it to her?
Am- I'm sure
School- There's going to be more stuff everyday
Am- i guess we better start soon then
School- ok, we'll have them sent directly to Lexi's house
The school hangs up and Andrew's mom walks back into the room
Am- so
Lr- so what?
Am- your gonna have a lot of school work to do once you get home. But I'll give you a couple of days to a week to get settled in before I start homeschooling you with all of the stuff the schools gonna send
Lr- can't I go to summer school
Am- I don't think summer school is gonna be able to teach you everything
Lr- I guess not. Will this help me pass though?
Am- yes
Lr- thank you! Thank you so much
Am- your welcome. I wasn't just gonna let you fail like that. But don't thank me too much yet, your still going to have to work your butt off trying to catch up
Lr- I will
Back with Andrew and them
A- what movie do you guys want to watch?
M- I really don't care
A- how about we just go back to the hospital then? Jeremy can just stay with you for tonight Ben
B- ok
J- ok, bye guys
B- I'll drop him off before Lexi goes home so he can help
A- ok bye
M- bye guys
B- see you later
Jeremy and Ben stay at the movies while Andrew and Maisie go back to the hospital
They walk into the room
Lr- oh hey guys
M- hey
A- hey babe, hey mom
Lr- oh yeah, Andrew's mom this is Maisie
Lexi gestures to Maisie and Maisie waves
Am- you guys can call me Karla
M- can I call you miss Karla?
Am- sure
Lr- are you sure I can call you Karla?
Am- if you don't want to call me the other names I told you earlier then yeah
Lr- just not until we're married
Am- then Karla's fine, or miss Karla
Lr- hey mase, have you told anybody yet?
M- Been kinda busy with school
Lr- it's fine, I'll just tell 'em
M- that's good with me
Lr- great
Maisie sits down on the couch
Am- I gotta go, I gotta make something for everyone at home
A- I get it, their hungry people
Am- especially when they haven't had lunch yet. Are you guys gonna be okay if I leave
Lr- yeah, go feed your hungry family
Am- ok
Andrew's mom leaves.
Lexi leans over into her puke bucket and pukes
A- are you ok?
Lr- yep, I just haven't gotten sick in a while
M- so your back to puking all the time
Lr- no, just a little hopefully
A- ok
A couple hours later
8:20 pm
M- when are we gonna have dinner?
A- I'll take you down to the cafeteria. Are you gonna be ok lex? You know since last time you went downhill
Lr- I know, but there's a chance that I'm going home tomorrow. I don't want to do anything to risk that
M- ok, we won't be long
Lr- I'll be ok, go
A- are you sure?
Lr- I'm sure, I'll be fine
A- ok
Andrew runs over and kisses her on the forehead
Lr- bye guys
M- bye sis
A- bye babe
