~The "Get together"~

Dustin and Mike noticed Eddie as they walked in.

"EDDIE!" Dustin laughed "what are you doing here?"

"I- was uh, waiting for you guys" Eddie said turning away from Y/Ns door.

Mike looked at him

"You missed DND tonight.." Mike said

"I thought we were doing it here" he lied

"We weren't.. we always do it at my place" Mike said "you know this"

"I think he was here for something else" Lucas said

"Lucas" Eddie said giving him a look

Everyone went silent staring at Eddie as Eddie stared back.

"So- what's this? After party?"

"We we're gonna watch a movie" Dustin said "if you'd care to join us" He added

"That is if your not afraid of scary movies" Mike added

Eddie smiled sarcastically "funny"

Eddie joined them for the movie making popcorn and sitting in the living room with the three boys enjoying their time together.

Next day
Last night I stayed in my room the whole night. I knew interacting with Eddie would be awkward after that whole situation.

Today Nancy had invited me to come over to her place for a little "get together" if that's what she wants to call it.

Her parents were out for the week so I guess she decided to take advantage. So here I am getting ready to go to the wheelers with Dustin.

"Dustin hurry up we're gonna be late" I said calling out to him as I walked out my room.

Dustin ran out coming to me with a baseball cap and flannel. He stared at me

"Don't you think ur a little over dressed to go to the wheelers?" He asked

"Don't you think you're a little underdressed?"

"Y/n it's a get together"

"Ok and I can wear a tight dress if I want to, don't worry about it." I said picking up my bag and hanging it over my shoulder.

"Ok" he said as he opened the door going out. I followed behind him. 

We were taking our parents car to get there. Dustin got in the passenger seat and I sat down putting my bag in the back and starting the car.

I pulled out of the drive way as Dustin put on his seatbelt and we started to make our way to the wheelers.

"So we're just not gonna mention the awkward tension between you and Eddie last night" said Dustin

"Huh? I wasn't even with you guys.." i replied

"Exactly, what was that about?"

"Nothing I just didn't wanna be seen"

"Why not

"Cause.. I dunno I was having a bad night"

"Oh is it cause you like Steve"

I looked at him giving him a stare and then quickly looked back at the road

"No Dustin."

"Cmon you don't even try to hide it."

"What do you mean?!" I started to get defensive

"Y'know what, forget it"

"No tell me, I wanna know"
