Audrina
I woke up feeling feather light touches on my cheek. My eyes slowly fluttered open. "Good morning, Angel," Isaac whispered between the soft kisses he was planting all over my face.
Millions of butterflies erupted in my stomach and a big smile spread across my face as his lips gently touched my nose. "Oh, Angel, is it?" I whispered, curious how he came up with that nickname.
He chuckled, snuggling his face into my neck, as if somewhat embarrassed. Yet, he couldn't seem to stop himself from wrapping his arms around my waist. "Yes, you're my angel." He whispered sincerely, withdrawing his head and meeting my gaze. "Always have been."
I felt like I was drowning in the depth of his ocean blue eyes. They were so beautiful, so mesmerizing. "I was terrified I had just dreamt about yesterday, that I had made it all up in my head," I admitted, letting the tip of my fingers follow the contours of his chin as the wonderful memories of yesterday flooded my mind.
"Me too... me too," he murmured, taking my hand and placing a soft kiss on its back, never breaking eye contact. "I love you." He only breathed the words, but they were as clear as they could ever get.
I leaned in and kissed his lips softly.
"Sweethearts, we're leaving now, so please get up and don't be late for school!" Mom called from downstairs, making me jump back in surprise and horror... and suddenly I was falling.
It took all my concentration not to scream out loud, so I didn't think about bracing myself for the fall. I fell to the floor with a loud thud. "Oumpfh!" Was the only sound escaping my mouth as the air left my lungs.
"What happened? Isaac was that you?" Mom yelled, sounding concerned.
"Yeah, I... I fell... but it's cool mom, I'm fine! Just go to work... I-I will wake up Audie!" Isaac yelled back to mom, seeming to have trouble talking.
I lifted my head and caught him looking down at me with a huge grin. It looked like he struggled hard not to laugh out loud. But as soon as we heard the front door open and close, he doubled over with laughter, clutching his stomach.
"That was so not funny!" I huffed, pulling myself off the floor.
"Y-Yes, yes... it w-w-was!" Isaac managed to disagree between the laughter. I smacked him on the back of his head, but that only made him laugh harder. I huffed and turned around, heading for the door. I did not feel like being with him right now. "Hey, hey, hey, where are you going?" Isaac asked, sobering up, but I just ignored him. When I reached the door, I felt two pair of strong arms wrap around my waist, bringing my back close to his chest.
"Isaac, let go!" I snapped, trying to wriggle my way out of his grip.
I don't think I have to mention how fruitless my struggles were. He was just too damn strong! Instead of letting go, he just brought me closer to his body, his masculine scent attacking my nostrils and invading my senses. My knees got weak, and I was suddenly glad he was holding onto me.
"I'm sorry." He whispered with his deep, husky voice, his lips dangerously close to my ear. His breath tickled and I shivered involuntarily. "But you just looked so darn cute, lying like that on the floor." He continued, before I felt him nipping my earlobe.
It was hard holding back a sigh, but I managed to do it. I wasn't succeeding as well with thinking coherent thoughts though. No matter how much I might have tried, I was not able to stay mad at him. Turning around, I brought us face to face and captured his lips with mine. As I teasingly sucked and bit down on his lower lip, he groaned in response.
