To say that Cameron wasn't excited would be an understatement.She spent the whole day helping her Aunt Susannah perfect the beach house for the Conklin's. The two's family had always been close, but Cameron didn't start to get really close with the Conklin's until her parents died. Before she hit age 10, the girl usually spent her summer with her parents in florida. Only seeing the Conklin's on special occasions.But after Susannah took Cameron in she had grown a strong relationship with Belly and Steven.

Steven.Now where should Cameron start.She could talk about the boy for hours and never get tired or bored. The two met when they were ten and immediately took a liking to one another.Cameron liked that Steven was always playful and smiling, it made her forget about the bad things in her life. And Steven liked how Cameron could put him in his place and keep him centered.

By the time the two hit thirteen, it was no secret that they had a thing for each other.Whenever Conrad,Jeremiah,Steven and her went to parties you could always find the eldest Conklin in a protective stance next to the girl, staring down any boy who came in a ten mile radius of her.The other boys made fun of Steven, but Cameron didn't mind, she thought it was cute Steven was so protective over her.So she let him do what he wanted.

When the two turned fifteen, Cameron and Steven shared their first kiss on July fourth.To say it was magical would be an would be a lie, it was so much more than that.Cameron remembers rambling when the eldest Conklin simply leaned in and kissed her gently. Steven's lips were soft and tasted like cherry coke, something she grew to love the taste of.

Fast Forward a couple years later and the two had been going out for a year and eleven months.

Cameron finished unpacking the groceries when she heard a car beep from outside.Jeremiah's head snapped up from the coach and the two made eye contact before they raced outside.

"Move out the way!" Jeremiah said as he tried to be the first one to reach the door

"Stop pushing me you ass!" Cameron counteracted giving the boy a shove.But all she received was a big shove back, which landed her on her ass.

"What a dick" she mumbled to herself as she watched Jeremiah run out the door.Cameron picked herself up and dusted off her clothes before walking outside just in time to hear Steven's voice

"Hey where's Cam?" Steven asked but was quickly caught off guard when he felt someone hug him from behind

"I'm right here" Cameron spoke

Steven turned around and quickly attached his lips to hers earning a groan from Jeremiah. "Really dude she's like my sister" the youngest Fisher gagged. But he received no response as Cameron deepened the kiss and placed her hands on the back of Steven's neck.

"Okay good talk" Jeremiah sighed before walking away from them

"I missed you" Steven spoke as they broke apart for their kiss.A huge smile was spread across his lips, which in return made Cameron smile also. "I missed you too," she replied, burying her head into Steven's chest. Blush arose on her cheeks and she felt the need to hide them from the boy.

Steven let out a chuckle which vibrated through his chest. He wrapped his arms around Cameron before speaking up again "Really what did you miss about me?"

"I missed your hugs, your kisses, your jokes,and your laugh" she spoke looking up at him.It was now his turn to blush

"Aww are you blushing?"
