Chapter 26

Chapter 26 - Nialler and Lou's plan

*Demi's Pov*

I ended the call with Niall picking up Managements call. "Hello?" I said. "Demi, you're late." Someone said on the on the other end. I couldn't place who it was but I knew they were one of the X Factor managers. "Late for what?" I asked. "It's Monday. Boot Camp day." He said. Oh shi-tocky mushrooms. "I'm so sorry! I totally forgot! I'll be right over!" I gushed into my phone. I hung up, got ready, and ran right for the door.

*24 hours later* *Louis Pov*

"Wake up!" I heard someone scream. It echoed too. No. I grabbed the pillow next to me, eyes still closed and hit around me with it in attempt to hit away whoever it was. Apparently, it didn't work. Next thing I knew a wave of cold air rushed over my body. I quickly opened my eyes to find all 4 boys in front off me. Niall holding my blanket, Liam standing on my bed, Harry holding two pans, and Zayn holding my pillow that I swung at them with. I groaned and sat up, glaring at the 4 of them. They all ran out of my room pretty fast. Yes, I have been working on my death stare, thank you very much.

*Niall's Pov*

Me and the boys ran out of Louis' room laughing. "Good job everybody!" Harry said happily. I laughed as they all turned around walking into their rooms. I waited in the living room for Louis to come downstairs. Before Louis came the rest of the boys telling me they were going out shopping. Why? I have no idea. I said goodbye and continued to wait. Around 5 minutes later I heard Louis jog down the steps.

"Hey Lou!" I said as he sat beside me on the couch. "Hey Nialler! You talk to Demi lately?" He asked. How does he know?! That's just plain creepy! "Yeah.. Speaking of Demi..." I trailed off at the end thinking of how to say it. "You need me to help you find out if she likes you?" He asked. Ok, now I'm seriously scared! This is creepy! "Yeah..." I said. My wingman. "Of course I'll be your wingman!" He yelled jumping up and waving his arms like a maniac as if he were flying. Again how the heck? "Maybe I should've asked someone else." I muttered under my breath. "Hey!" He yelled sitting back down like a normal person.

"Let's just focus please.?" I asked. "So what ideas so you have?" Louis asked me. "Well, I was hoping you could take care of that part for me... I'm sorta clueless." I said honestly. He nodded. "I have an idea!" He said about 2 minutes later. "It's risky, but i know it will work. Are you willing to take the chance?" He continued seriously. "I guess so.." I said. And then the whole plan was described to me. And I got a lecture about self confidence. Yay! (In case you don't know I said that sarcastically...) Then we spent the rest of the day figuring out the details.

*Demi's Pov*

After boot camp I came home and practically passed out on the couch. Today is my free day until after lunch. Then I have to go in to judge the contestants. After breakfast I went to go Skype Niall when I saw I was getting a Skype call from Louis. I accepted it curiously.

"Demi!" He yelled. "Lou!" I yelled back. "Haven't talked to you in a while!" He said. "Actually, you sorta have." I said back. "Oh yeah. Anyways, I want to play a game, but all the boys are out except Niall. Will you play with us? Pwesseeeee!" Lou asked with puppy dog eyes. "Sure." I said back. Suddenly Niall popped up from under the table their computers on. "Hey Nialler." I said. "Hello love." He responded.

"So what game are we playing?" I asked. "First, would you rather!" He yelled. I nodded and we began. It was fun, until we got to a certain question. "Would you rather.." Louis asked before thinking for a moment. "..Date Harry or Niall?" He finished. On the outside, I was calm but on the inside, oh god no. I'm freaking out on the inside. "I don't know." I said trying to avoid the question. "No, you have to choose one!" I rolled my eyes. "Well, Harry's a player, and Niall's not. So I'm gonna go with you Niall." I could see him hold back a smile. "Alright your turn Niall!" Lou said. They asked a few more questions before I heard the boys enter and left them to play with Harry, Zayn, and Liam.

Lou did that on purpose. I know it. Niall wants to see if I like him. How could Lou do that though. That was obvious that I would chose Niall for that! No offense Harry. I only have an hour left before I go to work, so I'm gonna watch tv in hopes to get my mind relaxed. I'm working non stop today. After I judge them, I go home and they call me and tell me what age group I'm doing and then I have to get my house set up for the judges houses episodes. Ugh.
